I appreciate a gas station I can stop at on my way to work, and this one is positioned thusly. It has entrances on Mayfield Rd (the eastbound side) and on New York (on the northbound side). It's a gas station. But let's appreciate the size of the parking lot which has decent space between the pumps, and between the pumps and the convenience store. It's well lit, which is good, since after hours, on this residential stretch, all the businesses on the opposite corners are closed. So good lighting helps make the late night pumps feel relatively safe. Haven't been inside the EZ Mart yet, but I expect it won't be long until I'm desperate and seeking their services. Then over the years that Mobil had less business and went out of business. So nothing was on this corner for all this time. I was shocked to see one week about a month ago that a gas station was popping back up in this spot. It looked quite substantial and actually they did a lot of work in such a short period of time. But today the store was extremely, they were mopping with a store full of elderly customers and no caution signs anywhere...i think this a law suit waiting to happen. Also the fridge was making a prolonged beeping noise which hurt my ears horribly. The decaf coffee was also out of commission which posed a major threat to my dear friend with dietary restrictions. i'm very disappointed
