Our baristas were extremely friendly and when it came to customizing the avocado bread for my gluten free needs, they didn't hesitate. Their gluten free bread was really good which isn't always the case. As for my coffee, I loved it. Great oatmilk and the espresso was on point. When I walked in, the employee behind the counter made eye contact with me, then walked away to the back without greeting me. I stood at the counter waiting and looking over the menu before he finally came over and asked how he could help me. No hello, no welcome, no warmth. I ordered my coffee and sat down to read, and while I was there, I watched him greet every other customer after me with a much warmer, more upbeat welcome. He also acknowledged people as they left, but did not do the same for me. The coffee was good, although a little sweet. I also purchased one of the specialty drinks from the cooler because the packaging caught my attention, but I honestly didn't like it. As a customer, the lack of basic hospitality stood out more than the coffee. I'm big on customer service, and this experience left a bad taste. I won't be returning.
