As I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from all of the staff. Inside is bright and clean with ample tables and booths to sit at. Since I have been here, I have ordered almost every burger they have ranging from a single patty all the way to a 4x4. The burger and fries were placed perfectly on a red tray just screaming at me to take a picture. The burger was stacked to perfection with the cheese melted with a nice layer of tomatoes slices and green crisp green lettuce. The bun was nice and circular and very soft with a nice ratio to bread and meat while the meat was so juicy packing with flavor! The frys were great but really wasnt as satisfying as the burger. They have a ketchup pump with napkins and salt and black pepper also at the counter for your needs. Customer service was great, and I could tell the employees enjoyed working there with all the smiles they displayed. This place serves up some great burgers at a decent price that wont break the bank but will definetly fill you up!

It seems like In and Out came to Texas about 10 years ago. It took them a while to work out the bugs but, it seems most locations are consistent now and you can safely assume you will get the same at all locations. I ate in today but, a little secret of mine is...I love to get mine to go and eat it as I cruise the great American Highway system!!! You should Go Too!!!

My bf ordered the signature turtle, which he enjoyed. It was like chocolate syrup added to butter pecan ice cream. I ordered the strawberry dreamcake, which was delish! I enjoyed the graham cracker pieces. I didn't get much of the cheesecake pieces, but I guess it got mixed in and was no longer solid, but other than that, I really enjoyed the flavor.

I wish their own personal lot was a little bit more bigger. I feel it's an accident wanting to happen. The ladies at the drive thru were very nice and respectful. Freddy's reminds me of a better version of Steak N' Shake. I got the single steak burger combo. It's about $11. It comes with cheese, onion, lettuce, mustard and pickles. I substituted the regular onions for grilled, and added grilled jalapeños. The grilled jalapeños and grilled onions are both $0 add on cost which is great compared to other places. The jalapeños could have been more grilled in my opinion. For the side I got the Freddy's fries which are seasoned shoestring fries. The meal did its job. It was still warm by the time I got home. And It's always a plus getting hot fries.

Ahh, the American food scene. A glorious place where moderation goes to die…read more Portillo's proudly serves Italian beef sandwiches, cheeseburgers, chicken burgers, and the utterly unhinged two hot dog combo. It's the sort of menu I once tried pitching to my mates back in the UK. Their response? "Who's gonna eat all that?" Me. Apparently. I rolled into the drive-thru, completed what can only be described as a textbook pickup, and returned to my hotel room like a man on a mission. The first casualty was the Italian beef, dressed with spicy peppers because life is simply too short to order it any other way. What happened next is probably best kept between me, the sandwich, and whatever poor soul has to wash the bedsheets. The fries disappeared without a trace. The Coke Zero fought the good fight but ultimately shared the same fate. For a place I'd never even heard of before today, Portillo's has made one hell of a first impression. 5/5. I'd happily commit the same crimes again.

It was surprising quick and the staff was nice. I ordered the cheeseburger combo with a Coke...It was absolutely delicious. And I'm not just saying that because I was starving and overheated at the moment. It genuinely tasted just like I remembered: charbroiled flavor, fresh toppings, and crispy fries. I actually devoured it. I have a friend visiting from Virginia who tried a different location and claimed he didn't like the burger. He even said Burger King had more charbroiled flavor, which I know is completely false because Burger King half the time barely even tastes good. At this point, I'm convinced he has no taste buds, and if he recommends food to me again, I probably shouldn't trust it. This meal, though, was great. Everything tasted fresh, the burger had that good grilled flavor, and I loved the red onion, mayo, and ketchup combination. The fries were perfectly salted and crispy, exactly how fries should be. I also grabbed a piece of the chocolate cake, and it was just as good as I remembered too. This location definitely gets a checkmark from me for being consistent and just as good as previous visits. I really enjoyed my meal.

One thing that was new to me, and I don't know if this is reflected across all other locations was the ordering kiosks. This technical advance is neat, but it wasn't the most user friendly and some of the verbiage and options caused confusion. This was annoying that there weren't any human attendants to help out, and there was a line so you felt pressure to figure it out and quickly The menu offers a vast number of tacos. There's virtually a taco that anyone can enjoy. They have chips and queso, guacamole, alcoholic drinks, etc The food was great. It always is. I typically get a trailer park trashy, some other taco, and chips and queso. It didn't take long to get our meal. I will say that the playing, especially for the queso, was messy. Also, the restaurant was packed and it was hard to find a spot. It was probably difficult to bus and clean everything, but the space was less than immaculate Some tips: I do like that they offer breakfast tacos - served all day. So, you don't have to make sure you order before the breakfast menu goes away, because it never does I have found that if you order chips and queso to go it seems like you're getting more of both the chips and queso Cheers!!
