Called the store to ask for a refund since I clearly was not going to be eating that, spoke with Skylar who was helpful. Her manager wouldn't get on the phone and speak to me, but used Skylar to communicate to me (I only know this because I would ask a question, and I could hear the manager in the background telling Skylar what to say.). Manager told her that I would have to drive all the way back up to the store with the sandwich if I wanted a refund. I then emailed corporate asking for a refund and explained the situation and finally got a refund, but not a single apology from any employee. No ownership whatsoever. Not to mention how gross it is in the kitchen, employees will go outside for a smoke break and then return to work without washing their hands and handling food. Anyways, thanks for tuning in to my Ted talk. **Edit:** Corporate did reach out to issue an apology after review was left.
