I called the store and was informed that Kroger does not do in-house delivery anymore. I was advised to contact Instacart. I signed up for Instacart and was told that I needed to create the order again. There was no way to just transfer it over. My order was for 90 items. I apparently wasted all of that time on the Kroger website, and now they couldn't transfer over my order. I have mobility issues so any order more than 4 or 5 pieces is difficult for me to handle on my walker. Also, on the Instacart website, it basically says that the prices on their website may differ from the Kroger website. Does that mean I have to pay whatever Instacart wants to charge regardless of what Kroger's price is on their website? Doesn't matter. I won't be ordering delivery from Kroger again.
