Unfortunately, the service I received did not meet my expectations, and I feel that the situation should be addressed. The incident occurred on 09/30/26 at 12:32 p.m. at Store #126 and involved an employee named Sandra. Not once did she smile or acknowledge me or the lady in front of me. When I was checking out and using my debit card, the system asked me to enter numbers. I assumed it was asking for my phone number. Instead of assisting me, Sandra just looked at me confused. She waited until I figured out what the system was asking for and then told the customer behind me, "Sorry, she doesn't know what she is doing." I told her, "I am still here. I didn't know about your new system, and why are you talking to this guy about me?" I was very disappointed by the way the situation was handled. I felt that her comments were disrespectful and inappropriate, especially since she was discussing me with another customer while I was still standing there. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect and to receive a reasonable level of customer service. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and investigate what happened. I guess that line was closed though because the girl checking people out said to her " dish rags over there dishrag go over there. I'm closed. ". Yes, she referred to the woman that I had let go ahead of me as a dish rag I know I didn't miss hear it. The checkout girl said it twice. Other people heard it too, but nobody else spoke up because it's one of those things you don't know what to say or do I went right to the next line and then the lady with the hijab was behind me . I got to the checkout girl in that other line and I said I want to see the manager. The manager Randy came over and I told him what that girl had done and he said well she's about to get off. I'll deal with it later and that was it. He walked away. I've written to corporate about it. I'm appalled. I know there's a lot of angry people today, but it is not cool to disparage anybody for who they are. I don't care what your situation is or how angry you are. It is not cool. You are representing a company when you're behind the counter, register or whatever. You are representing who you work for so you need to check your attitude and your personal beliefs at the door when you get to work.

They had Olive trees for $9.99 and well I got 2 hoping they survive the heat. I bought some of their Frozen Cod Fish and Breaded Halibut hope they taste good. Just looking for protein options when I need something quick. Their produce and flowers are my favorite departments. I see people walking out with buckets of flowers and I assume they are making their own arrangements. The flowers are affordable for sure. At that point they were closed and they patiently waited and had friendly conversation with me. The music was fun and the atmosphere was friendly. I love this location way more than the FW location.

It's on the opposite corner from Red Barn BBQ, in case you want to make another stop on your way home.

But it's been in steep decline and with the arrival of HEB to the area, we woke up and are examining the grocery landscape we've been blind to. We since have been coming here and we are very pleased! For starters, this place looks immaculate, totally spotless, so orderly and neat it's amazing. We even said "this place is roughy the same age as the Kroger up the road and this proves Kroger has no excuse to look so dilapidated, when THIS is possible in roughly the same area". It's so orderly, I couldn't help but even straighten up the voids I made in the products as we shopped like I worked there! Haa! I just respected it, you know? Anyway, the prices are on average a bit lower too, some by a lot! I believe the reason is they don't dabble in the annoying point system or the apps to try to hook shoppers into a "marriage" of sorts the way everyone does these days. To not even try to game shopper's behavior or try to track them at all they don't have to invest in it, so everything is straightforward and they have a lower overhead. I LOVE it. I'm done with having Kroger hook me into buying gas from them in a loop of trying to get the most out of points nonsense. Winco is the simple old way and I've missed it (and a little annoyed at myself for missing out all these years, but no more)! The checkout is great, staffed far more "human" than Krogers, and even have the choice in paper/plastic to optimize your sacking. The employees straight-up seem frankly happier to be there, and authentically, not robotically acting out a script. A nice bunch. They surely must be to actually try as hard as they do and it shows by just looking around. I could go on and on, we were very analytical about our "change-over" and we doubtless will be checking out HEB when they finally open, but regardless how good they are too, Winco has TOTALLY won us over and we will be coming back here regularly for good! I used to go to another IndoPak grocery store in the area but the overwhelming smell of raw stinking meat and dirtiness turned me off. New Diamond is my preferred local Indian grocery store.
