I was in this area and was told this was the closest market. It is a kosher supermarket and caters to the ultra orthodox Jewish community. I only had a few items and went to the express checkout. There were problems checking out and I needed assistance. The workers were very rude and not helpful. One was shouting at me. I wanted to write a very special and personal review on this place. But more important - I wanted to personally compliment and praise the Manager who I dealt with on both a personal and business level - Mr. Ari Simkin. Ari is a gentleman and is an excellent young businessman and manager. He worked personally with myself and organization to cater our recent Chanukah party at our Headquarters. I can't tell you how many amazing compliments that we go so far as our food went. You guys - really made our event a success. Excellent Fruit Baskets - Latkes, that potentially may have been the best many of us have ever tasted before in our lives. Impeccable service - from the Catering end. The place is extremely busy; I would not dare think of driving there - but, that's another story. I'm looking forward to working with KRM and Ari again. The cheapest Kosher supermarket in NYC. I come from Washington Heights every 2-3 months with a granny cart on the subway because it's THAT cheap. A lot of other people in my community drive down there to shop. The prices of meat and cheese are 1/2 of what they are in Washington Heights and 1/3 of what they are on the Upper West Side. The service kind of sucks, and they only have cholov yisroel dairy products, but for almost treif prices, I really can't complain. read more

This store is a real find. It's basically an all-in-one, ranging from poultry to fruit and vegetables, to baked items, to grocery staples. And the prices just can't be beat. The service is attentive and caring. The management wants you to be a satisfied customer. I have nothing negative to say, it was a superlative shopping experience going there! read more

They are a bunch of money hungry a holes. I shopped there (until last night) twice a week. Last night, I parked as usual using the valet service, bought a few items and decided to check out the new, much nicer and cleaner grocery store a few blocks down. When I returned to get my car out of the lot (holding a few bags from the other supermarket) I was told that I would have to speak to the manager before getting my car. A dumb kid (with a sparkly fedora on) came over and explained that I would be charged $50.00 per half hour I was there. I explained that I shop there all the time and I merely ran to the other store to purchase a few items. He told me that I should have gotten my car out the lot before going there. I asked if it was worth their while to lose a loyal customer over 15 minutes in another store, and he didn't seem to care. He called his manager who asked him to have me turn around toward the security camera for him to see and explained to the kid he has never seen me before, so I must not shop there all the time. GREAT SYSTEM IN A STORE THAT SEES HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMERS PER DAY. The manager stated that to be nice, he would only charge me $20.00. I agreed to pay on my Amex. I will dispute the charge because they literally were holding my car hostage. Take my advice, save you money and your headache and go shopping down the street. You won't feel like you are in a ghetto. You will deal with nice people, who want to help you out and plus, the food overall is cheaper and WAY fresher. read more

The worst experience ever in a grocery, produce looks old and meat the department not clean, the customer service is bad, when they wore packing up my order the they wore just throwing all the stuff in the boxes, when I got the delivery all the eggs wore crack, and the fruits they but in the bottom of the box so it got smashed, I definitely won't shop there again read more

Krm is an all in one place. I have been shopping there for years n never unhappy. Meat, chicken n almost all snacks as well as household items are fairly cheap. Somebody the best prices in Boro park. Only downside is the produce is not inexpensive and the store is in major need of an uplift and cleaning. It's an oldie but goodie. I would recommend this place as an all in one stop n shop except fully kosher n open till very late thurs eve, what else would u expect the day before erev Shabbat!!! read more

Love the prices! Meat, cheeses, bakery, and take out selection and prices are excellent. Ambiance leaves a whole lot to be desired but they do have valet parking if it isn't full (Erev Shabbat and Chaggim, forget valet parking and good luck on parking) read more

I have been shopping in this store for more than 20 years and have not found another kosher supermarkets whose products are always the lowest. They also have weekly specials which sometimes cut prices on items by a third or more, It may not be the fanciest store, but who cares. The moderate price rating is misleading since it does not take into account that kosher-brand products tend to be more expensive. Free parking makes it even better since street parking is near impossible. I love this store! read more
