She has an app for contact which is great, it means all of our conversations, scheduling, invoices, etc are all in one place and there's never any confusion. I like that I can view her calendar and see which dates are available before I send a request, and double-check if I already booked ahead for any trips. She also posts updates any time they will be closed or busy holiday weekends are coming up. Her prices are reasonable, similar to what I was paying the previous sitters. Jordin's very sweet with the cats, diligent about bringing in mail, emptying the litter tray, feeding the girls and all of that. She has always followed our instructions and communicates any problems. She sends a little report at the end of each visit with photos, which is always a nice touch. We had a bad experience with a prior groomer before so I wanted to try someone new. As soon as Wolfie's pulled up, I could tell there was a great vibe about our groomer Harrison and the owner Matt. There have been times before when my dogs would leave the groomer and they just seemed a little sad and not themselves. But today my dog literally came back to the house smiling after his grooming service with Harrison. Harrison is officially my dog grooming whisperer. He was so gentle and patient with Kona. He took his time and made him feel comfortable. I really do appreciate the friendly customer service and how easy it was to set an appointment. I am very pleased with the service I received today.

The only part he couldn't complete was staying alone for 3 minutes with the evaluator--which, from my understanding, can be waived since he's my service dog. Then she claimed he failed three portions, which was simply not true. I was so upset I asked her to redo the test. She ran through everything on camera again, and he did great. Then she brought out another dog and started clicking while bringing it over--something no trainer should do. My dog gave a subtle growl but stayed in place. She jumped on that, said he failed, refused to continue the evaluation, and tried to push me into training with her. What a crook. If you use her, I promise issues will come up eventually. I paid $75 for that evaluation, and my dog passed the test with flying colors. WHAT A CROOK! FKIN SCAMMER. I thought I replied to her comment, but I sent her a message directly, so I am sharing with you what I said to her. Please work to uphold the integrity of the business: She contradicted herself, calling my dog sweet while claiming "aggression" was the issue. He passed every requirement except the 3-minute stay, which she refused to complete. Yes, he whined, but the entire interaction felt off from the start. Thank you for the refund, but it was well deserved. The whole process was shady--you were clearly ready to fail him. Completely inappropriate.

This is why I do not recommend this service not only did she show me she is wish washy with her word but she is quick to react. I contacted her and she got back to me right away. I loved how organized she was. Our Dona (Shih Tzu) is a bit peculiar and likes thing a very specific way. At our meet and greet I was so happy to see Chantelle taking notes and pictures of everything we we're explaining to her. I knew Dona and Gema (kitty) would be in good hands. While we were away Chantelle sent me an update after every visit. This give us the peace of mind we needed to be able to enjoy ourselves to the fullest. We will definitely be using Chentelle's services in the future and we recommend her to anyone. You can't put a price on good care for our fur babies but Chentelle's prices were more then reasonable. I started using Four Paws Hilton about 6 years ago after 2 horrible experiences with Elaine's. I love this place. It is cageless boarding, in that the dogs are not in individual kennels but are grouped according to temperament. They are able to play and frolic with each other. There are general pens for the dogs, some indoors and some outdoors. The dogs are fed individually and toys are not allowed to prevent conflict. Joe, the owner, is a master with the dogs. He knows how to group them and how to keep them from mayhem. He'll want you to bring your dog in beforehand for a 1/2 day, no charge, so he can get to know it and see its temperament. You provide your own food for the dog during its stay. Now, this isn't your typical pet boarding. It doesn't look like a fancy hotel when you go in, and some people are uncomfortable with that. But my dogs have always been very well cared for while there. One one occasion, one of my dogs twisted her paw a little while romping around. Joe brought her to the vet to make sure there wasn't a problem. She was totally fine and he didn't even charge me for the vet visit. I occasionally need to leave town for an extended period, like 6 weeks. I couldn't imagine leaving my dogs in boarding where they are stuck in a cage all day with one walk or short playtime. At Four Paws, my dogs play all day long and are super happy when I return. I will say that if your dog is on the nervous side, or has strong medical needs, this might not be the best place. You won't be able to send your dog with his favorite blankie, and it probably won't work out to have your dog's gourmet treats administered at 3:15pm each day like at home. It really is just a fun puppy romper house with a loving, knowledgeable owner whose been doing this for decades. The prices are great and he is more lenient with drop-offs and pickup times than most places. He can also accommodate late requests for boarding better than most. I heard they have a new water activity section now too. Can't wait for my pups to play in that!

I've been taking my pets to 4Paws for years. I am always impressed with how well all the dogs got alone and with how much they all love Joe. You'd have thought they were all his and had been trained for years. A simple whistle and they all quiet down, it's amazing to me since it took months of training for me to have obedient pets. Every time I take my animals, they know when I turn on Clovis where they are going and get so excited and happy. They bound out of the car and greet Joe with kisses and obvious excitement. I wouldn't take my 'family' members anywhere else.
