Yesterday I had a session with Kristen, and I honestly don't think I walked away with "answers" as…read moremuch as I walked away with a completely different relationship to my own life. She has a rare gift of listening beyond the words. Throughout our session, she reflected things back to me in a way that didn't feel performative or scripted--it felt deeply seen. More importantly, she created a space where I could hear myself with greater clarity. One realization alone completely changed something I've been carrying for years. I had spent so much energy trying to forgive my mom, and through our conversation, something shifted. The resentment, the frustration, and even the struggle to forgive simply dissolved into gratitude. It wasn't because my past changed--it was because my perspective did. That kind of shift is hard to put into words, but you know when something deep inside finally relaxes. Whether you're spiritually curious, feeling stuck, standing at a crossroads, or simply longing to understand yourself more deeply, Kristen has a beautiful way of helping you uncover what is already within you. She doesn't tell you who to be--she helps you remember who you are. What touched me just as much as the session itself was Kristen's heart. You can genuinely feel that she wants people to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. Her work isn't just about readings; it's about creating a space where people feel safe enough to transform. If you feel drawn to her, trust that feeling. Sometimes the people we're meant to learn from have a way of finding us exactly when we're ready. Thank you, Kristen, for sharing your gifts so generously. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and genuinely excited about the next chapter of my life. I hope your path continues to bring together a beautiful community of people who are ready to receive what you so lovingly offer--because your gifts deserve to be experienced by those whose hearts are truly ready for them.

Her despachos provide opportunities to connect deeply and brought harmony in all aspects of my life. She has also offered the Munay-Ki Rites, which I learned to give from her. These rites also provided another layer of insight into how I perceive and walk within my life. What has impacted me the most is her teachings in the Medicine Wheel. This is a year long training based on the four directions: South, West, North and East. Each direction provided me a sacred space to review my stories, my thoughts, and my actions with loving support. As I progressed through each direction, I found myself changed in many ways. I found myself experiencing an open and loving heart. I found myself stepping firmly throughout my day with less worry or concern weighing me down. There is so much more experienced but in the end...I simply found myself. If you're truly on the path of the seeker of your truth, then the services Lorraine provides will help you walk this path with inner strength.

Anna is very patient and explains the moves, postures and the importance of breathing properly and it's significance.
