Kristal Kuts is the only salon I love and trust with my hair now! When I first came to Kristal my hair was grown out quite a bit from previous bleaching and coloring and she gave me a beautiful trim + olaplex treatments that completely refreshed my hair. A few of those washes and then we decided to color - I wanted the trendy copper color with a slightly lighter front and it came out PERFECT. Even with a little bleaching my hair still feels super healthy and refreshed. I have a disability that makes using my arms and moving my neck painful - I let Kristal know about this and she has been super accommodating and takes the best care of me making sure I'm always comfortable and not in pain. Let me start off by saying Kristal is absolutely phenomenal. My hair was dry and flat and was in desperate need of some TLC. I honestly didn't know what I wanted to do with it and was ashamed of how it looked. From past experiences at other salons, I either cut off or dyed my hair dark to minimize any damage. Kristal assured me I could keep my length and worked her magic. I started off with an Olaplex hair treatment and then received a reverse balayage. I was very pleased with her service I went in last minute to get color for my daughter's quinceanera that was that Saturday. Let me just say I'm fairly new to coloring my hair. I think the first time I did it was a year ago but I was looking for something different. I was referred to Kristal Kuts by a good friend, and my experience here with Darleen was nothing less of amazing. She is so good with your hair. She takes the time to assess it and go over any questions you might have as well as give you suggestions if you're unsure of what route you'd like to take. It is greatly appreciated, at least from my perspective, that she visualizes what you want done and then proceeds to explain the process beforehand so you know exactly what is happening every step of the treatment. For example, I knew I wanted to cut my hair more or less short but didn't know if I wanted it layered or not. She cut little by little until I felt comfortable with the length. It helped so much because I feel had she simply cut as much as I thought I wanted, I may have had a little regret. I truly appreciated her showing me what it would turn out like so I could be 100% sure. She's an amazing and kind person and will absolutely treat you and your hair with great hospitality.
