Mark was dismissive and rude, appearing more concerned with the store's closing time than the reported safety hazard. After significant pushback, he agreed to take an incident report and informed me that I would receive a follow-up call from Carrie, the area coach, today, May 11, after 9:00 AM. I have yet to receive a call back or an email from Carrie. I am leaving this review to ensure the incident is properly documented and escalated.
