Krispy Kreme - Strawberry Glazed Donut with Sprinkles and a Frozen Vanilla Specialty Latte - Donuts Near Me - Rock Hill, South Carolina

Stopped in after traveling around 9pm on a Friday and went inside because I needed to use the restroom and they were absolutely atrocious. Nobody in the store, however bathrooms were disgusting and employees just standing around. I ran out so fast. Toilet seats aren't that expensive, so there is no reason completely yellow, dirty, stained toilet seats should be acceptable. Also, they completely forgot to put kreme in the kreme filled. read more

Service was quick. No upselling though. Donuts were fresh, for most part. Was trying the limited time Hershey/Krispy Kreme dozen. Have had 3 so far, pretty much taste like chocolate covered donuts so far. Will I buy again, not these, but Krispy Kreme is my go to doughnut place, so I will be back. Especially the chocolate covered cream filled. Store was clean. read more

Krispy Kreme - Krispy Kreme Choco-mania doughnuts - Donuts Near Me - Rock Hill, South Carolina

I have been eating krispy kream since I was a child. I just moved to this area from Atlanta Ga and I must say with my whole heart, this is the WORST location I have EVER been to in my entire LIFE! Donuts continuously taste a day old, never fresh, burnt. Disgusting. The owner should be ashamed and I hope y'all get closed down. YUCK read more

This location has issues. Read all the following one star reviews. I downloaded the app and ordered on-line for an 8am pick-up. I was in the drive-thru at 8a and they didn't have my order. I parked and went inside and was told they had no fresh donuts as the machine was down. Bad app, bad customer service, bad experience. We had a house full of toddlers who were very unhappy. read more

I decided to go to the drive-through I first asked for a strawberry chiller and had to repeat myself four times before the person take him out order understood what I was asking. Once they understood what I said, they told me I could not have the chiller. I thought it was a joke and I asked why and that's when they told me it was not available, but the lemonade one was. So ordered the lemonade, one and two dozen doughnuts. When I got to the window I asked the guys name and he said his name is Kameron. He was a younger guy so I provided him with some customer service advice while giving him the money to pay for that order. The rest of the transaction went off without a hitch and I got tons of napkins to go with my doughnuts. I love Krispy Kreme so I definitely think, I'll shop with them again. read more

This is the absolute worst service and product availability I have ever had. Kids running the business who don't care about service or having product available. They are more concerned with mass production for outside delivery We have tried many times over the last 3 weeks to get filled doughnuts. There have only been chocolate and whipped cream available We are done I hope you don't let this horrible situation continue. Hire some adults read more

I love Kristy kreme doughnuts , but this store is the worst. Whoever is managing it should be fired. I given them multiple chances but service is always terrible and food quality not much better. read more

Waited over 25 minutes for them to make Hot & Now Glazed , she told me it would be any minute when I walked in and after sitting 24 minutes I finally asked how much longer for her to say they are not making anymore glazed donuts today . It's a joke watching these employees not give a crap about customers and the way they act joking and not doing any so I have to say sitting 20 minutes waiting it was eye opening how horrible every employee in this location is!!! read more

It was "ARRRGG!" Pirate Day last week at KK. Get a free glazed doughnut. It was all over the radio. I go in the Rock Hill KK and they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. They should either listen to the radio or their management should tell them about it. Maybe their management did, and told them to act like they don't know what I'm talking about. Either way, disappointing. Despite their failed service, I bought two doughnuts ($5.00, thanks Joe). They were good. read more

I was here last night, my first time for a Door Dash order in the pouring rain. They were closed earlier than 10PM that is posted on their door and website on a Thursday, April 27, 2023. & if they were closed OR closing early..why would the store take a Doordash online order? So I arrive, my first time. Parked in the lot...walked up to the door. Clearly obvious the store is closed. Dark outside, no lights. The cases were cleaned, no donuts. Tan tiled floor was wet from mopping. The front door was locked. There was at least 6 Empkoyees in the store. A young man came to the door when I placed my phone up showing him I'm with Doordash and asked him, why are you closed? He then comes back with an obnoxious tall, skinny dark skinned girl with long braids dangling who is holding an Iphone in her hand recording me. Then has the nerve to laugh in my face as she is leaning on the young man next to her, who doesn't say a word and is staring at me like a deer in headlights. Who manages this store? They turn down business and let their employees be rude to a Doordash driver who is giving them business with a dozen donuts that they are also paying a fee to Doordash? I told them that this is my first time here. They saw me also talk with another customer in a burgundy SUV that asked me if they were open? All these 2 young couple had to do was tell me to go around to the back of the building to the drive thru which I didn't know existed since it was my first time there. There's too many LAZY Employees here and beyond rude. Cell phones shouldn't be in use for Employees while on the clock. This store needs a Manager who manages people instead of being a circus leader. read more

Ok, I'm ticked. I came here due to the advertising of heart shaped donuts for Valentine's Day the DAY BEFORE Valentine's Day at 2pm. I intended to get one dozen. They said they didn't have any. So I asked when they would have some made ? They said sometime between 4-5pm. What ??? Why are they not churning out these all day the DAY BEFORE Valentine's Day? So, I just begrudgingly got a couple of donuts. I had my dog with me and asked for a cup of water for her. They told me they couldn't give me any. What? I asked why? They said due to Covid. I asked what in the heck does a cup of water have to do with Covid? Besides, this is for my dog. Nope, they refused to give my dog water. read more

This has to be one of the worst locations, I have been several times to be presented with empty selections. The quality has went downhill. Krispy Kreme - Mixed dozen - Donuts Near Me - Rock Hill, South Carolina

Sweet location in Rock Hill area. We stopped mainly because of the drive thru .... and because it's Krispy Kreme. We ordered a box of six - thankfully that's an option - otherwise we would have eaten a dozen ! The glazed were hot and so good and went down like liquid sugar! The other donuts were not hot - so we ate them, but definitely not with the enthusiasm the hot glazed ones had ! Convenient and relatively fast, the drive thru was easy ! Ask for hot doughnuts- it's worth it - hot ones are delicious! Krispy Kreme Doughnuts- two thumbs up but PS- Be sure to get napkins .... you'll need them read more

Ordered the mix of donuts. They all were hard and tasted old. They were stale and the ones that had the icing cream filler had literally no cream inside! Krispy Kreme - a box of krispy kreme doughnuts - Donuts Near Me - Rock Hill, South Carolina

The cinnamon rolls were a big disappointment. The picture shows a luscious-looking roll but what you get is a grey, hard, and chewy lump of bitter cinnamon nastiness. They wouldn't refund my money either. The donuts are excellent as always. read more

We tried to walk in the front doors and the doors were locked and the employees screened "DRIVE THROUGH" . Then once we were ordering they had a very very limited selection of items available. And the biggest attitude I have ever seen in my life. We finally received our doughnuts they were all extremely cold and had been man handled. I also ordered coffee and it was very watery and looked like river water. I would also like to say that my chocolate sprinkled doughnut was glazed with chocolate icing. This has got to be the worst doughnuts I have ever eaten in my life. #dunkinontop #colddounts #neveragain read more

We are from out of state but have been to this location a few times. Christian is by far their best employee. He is friendly, takes the time to see how customers are doing and does such a wonderful job behind the register. He's a remarkable employee and deserves some recognition. I love there donuts. Always just as good as before. Great service. Drive through is amazing when wanting a quick sweet to enjoy!

The worst Krispy Kreme I've ever been too. Always out of stuff. Staff is for the most part pretty blunt

March 17th. Showed up at noon for St Patrick Day donuts. Closed? What is going on KK?!?

Donuts are delish. Staff was extremely kind. Coffee is terrible: we got small original glazed iced coffees and they were so filled with syrup that you couldn't taste coffee and the drink is inedible. Seems maybe the ratio just wasn't properly adjusted for the small. Would still go back as the whole restaurant and restroom were very clean, just four stars for the coffee. read more

I love Krispy Kreme, but please pick a different location to go to than this one! The front doors are locked, it took forever to get our order, only to pull away to find out we're served cold coffee and the wrong filled donuts. Not sure what's going on with this location. I'd recommend going to the pineville location!!! read more

DONT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER HERE!!!!! I placed a mobile order, and when I went to pick it up they had a sign on the door saying they were opening late. My kids and I enjoyed the doughnuts at Kristy Kreme. They were fresh, fun, and delicious. My daughter ordered the Ugly Sweater doughnut and loved every second of eating it. The service here is never great but tonight was especially awful. Server seemed inconvenienced by us even picking out donuts and walked away twice in the middle of it. During checkout he never told me my total, just stood there. Once I finished paying he walked away without giving me the receipt, saying a word, or even handing me my donuts. Customer Service? There is none. read more

Are used to love going to Krispy Kreme. But now I rather go down the road to a different donut shop. Every time I place an order with Krispy Kreme say it's a holiday special order it 2 to 3 days ahead of time get there wait an hour in line and they are always out of the donuts that I came there for. I understand you may run out of some things but if you see you have X amount of orders for a certain donut you need to make X amount of donuts for them orders not wait for the people to get there and then tell them oh you can't get it we are out I'm so sorry what else can I do for you. read more

Seriously...I may need to move to Rock Hill just for these donuts. We got three dozen!! LOL I am blaming my son! They simply melt in your mouth.
