Showed up on Friday morning at opening behind three other vehicles and they told all of us that the manager wasn't there and they couldn't serve any donuts. Seriously?!! You are a donut shop, people stop here in the early mornings before work especially on Fridays to bring their own workers donuts and you cant be open and ready for service. They need to close their doors for good period. read more

Food is DONUTS so don't be surprised if no burgers! The one off Duportail is good in Richland WA. They have easy access to drive thru and have a lot of specials sent via their app. We like the original and Boston cremes the best. I cannot tell the difference between hot and not. The freshness is on par each time. In fact last visit I was comped donuts by the worker. Not sure why! read more

The doughnuts at Richland's Krispy Kreme are great...if you like stale, hard as a rock doughnuts that could pass for doorstops! I've bought 6 assort twice in the last month and both times 4 of the 6 were so dry and stale we actually threw them away! The only ones that were fresh were the glazed originals. Kinda lame for 6 doughnuts to cost $16 from a 'specialty' shop just to find out they're too stale to eat 65% of them. read more

The worst service ever and their coffee is gross I would rather deal with getting my kids out of the car and go to spudnut for a way better deal and better service. read more

Friendly, helpful staff, but The dounuts were stale and greasy . unfortunately, the apple fritter was raw dough in the middle. eight donuts, and a complete disappointment and waste of money. read more

The absolute worst customer service. I walked in to a non busy morning while watching the staff completely ignore me. I asked the drive thru if he was able to help me after I was there for 10 minutes he said someone else will. I asked another girl to help me after 5 more minutes. She said she could not. After moments longer I asked the drive thru attendant if I should just go in the drive thru. Also..: there were only 1-2 cars the whole time I was there in the drive thru. Needless to say I left without any donuts. read more

The donuts are superb. The servers sometimes are still a little young and need to learn a little more discipline behind the counter however, other than that, I'm there for the food and and generally will buy one or two boxes and bring home read more

I wish I could give zero stars. We got donuts here this morning because it's closest to our house. I used to love Krispy Kreme so thought it would be good. It's Sunday morning which seems like a prime donut day but these donuts must have been from yesterday. I spit it out the first bite, literally. They are awful. I don't know how Krispy Kreme lets this franchisee operate under their name. I will never go back. read more

The service was absolutely poor--despite ordering IN PERSON, the staff gave us the wrong donuts. After letting them know, they made it a big deal to just switch to the actual donuts we ordered. (We still left with 2 incorrect donuts) I truly don't know how you can get a crème filled donut with chocolate frosting on the top confused with a regular (non-filled) donut with strawberry frosting on top... The workers were inattentive and didn't listen to our order at all. To make matters worse, the donuts we received were dry and tasted old. What really sealed the deal was when we saw them putting out fresh donuts in the window, only for them to go to the back and give us older donuts. 3 different employees helped us but none of them said hello, goodbye or anything except eye rolls about the order being incorrect. They didn't even provide a receipt for us. I'd recommend to employees taking orders in store- put the donuts in the box as the customer orders them.. There were Krispy Kreme hats scattered all over the floor too. Poor ambiance and wouldn't recommend donuts from here. $25 for 12 stale donuts & disrespectful service is absolutely ridiculous. We visited on a Saturday morning around 11:30am. read more

My wife had a craving for donuts. The donut holes, called donut cakes weren't fresh and didn't have the assortment available.

We were in DT for 15-mimutes, with 10 cars ahead of us! Dine-in was open, yet we chose to be in our vehicle and experience Drive-Thru! When arriving to speaker to order, the person assisting was excellent and helpful. He helped with our indecisive nature - it's been a year since we have experienced KRISPY KREME. Post -COVID, the team us doing great for being under-staffed. People wearing masks and gloves! read more

Very poor service! Rude cashier. Bought two dozens of their original glazed, and they were cold and I hope made at least this morning. This is not Krispy Kreme's that I used to buy in different locations! Note to the manager, Loooots of improvement needed!!! read more

The customer service is horrible! The person at the drive thru acted like I was putting her out by asking a question about "Buy $30 in gift cards and get a $5.00 card. She had another person take the sign off the window and told me the offer was only for January! Why was it still posted? read more

The customer service is terrible! Everyone working there seems to hate their job and can't even be courteous. There have been times when the donuts have been stale and not fresh. But every time the terrible/rude customer service is definitely shown. read more

I got there about 5 minutes after opening and had Horrible customer service the gal in the window was very rude to me and multiple customers. once I got it to the window to order she told me they were out of glazed donuts. Queensgate in Richland WA. Hard donuts every time I've gone in. Was there again today(my mistake) got three donuts brought them to my car all hard as a rock. Took them back in to trade them out and the chick didn't speak to me she was obviously was super annoyed she had to switch them out and handed them back to me not saying a word. Hahaha such a joke not a sorry, not one word. At this point never going back. If you hate your job with the public you might work someplace else. Just sayin read more

What's happened to the cinnamon rolls? I bought four of them and they're all smaller than a hockey puck!! And just as stiff also!!

I love Krispy Kreme donuts so whenever I'm close to, I have to have them. The original glazed are my favorite that they usually have the fresh batch and taste fresh. I was visiting my extended family in Kennewick so bought 2 mix dozens. They were just done with $2 original glazed dozen deal, too bad. I picked the cream files, Oreo, sprinkle, etc.. the young lady at the counter was very quiet, but still courteous. They have a reward program via their app and I just installed it before coming here. So I asked the lady how I get the points. She told me to give her the phone number and I did. You need to ask because she didn't ask anything about the reward. After I was done making payment, I notice "$1 donation for a free original glazed" by the counter. I said "oh so I could have had that?" And the lady said "yes, but sorry". Ummmm, you could have pointed out and you could still ring me up to do another transaction? I read it wrong in the first place as $1 donation for a free original glazed "dozen". So I didn't need to get another donut. Hey, they had $2 deal. I thought the lady was not very nice. Just kind of shut me out. read more

Very disappointed. Made a special trip from west Pasco just for Mars donut which their website said they had. You can't go inside so we went through drive thru. We were told they didn't have the Mars donuts. We ordered 2 regular donuts and 2 coffees. We got to the window and no one was there. We looked at our donuts for several minutes before someone came to give them to us. We asked if they ran out of the Mars and were told they were making more and would have them in about an hour. That would have been helpful info when we ordered. The 2 little donuts we got were ice cold and one of the coffees had s lid that is unusable. Not going back in an hour. Fail read more

Krispy Kreme - The mangled unusable lid we got on our coffee. - Donuts Near Me - Richland, Washington

the employees are sweet compassionate people, and they got their cues from the owners who are just as kind and so lovely. I am homeless and they always make me feel like I'm just as important as the other customers, even if I just ask for a cup of water, which is a rarity in tri-cities. aside from that, the place is spotless and their doughnuts are always fresh and delicious! read more

Pretty disappointing. Went through the drive through on a Sunday morning at 8:45am only to receive like warm coffee and a dozen donuts that weren't even fresh. If your going to charge $13.99+ tax, don't hand out left over donuts. read more

My spouse and I ordered two donuts and a couple coffees. Three times we had to tell the employees that we wanted coffee. Just went to Kripsy Kreme for one of their free doughnut days! Me and my boyfriend got two of their doughtnuts, they were staffed up in preparation for the long lines and they moved quick. However the real light of the trip was the nice man at the window, he said we were his favorite customers of the night after saying a joke at the intercom thing. Very nice guy and we just wanted to say thank you for making the experience special by giving his time to make our day and keeping the window open. Very good service and speed and we really appreciate it. read more

Went in and their customer service sucked! The girl acted like I was wasting her time by ordering! The donuts were good but over priced! Ordered a dozen then got charged more for the ones I was picking! Coffee was very good but again customer service sucked read more

Friendly staff and a tasty selection. The store was clean. We found parking was a little tight.

horrible customer service - I walked in this morning at 0730 to 3 customers in front of me. no big deal, as I waited and no employee greater me or said welcome in we'll be right with you, I asked the lady in front of me if she ordered? thinking maybe she was waiting, she looked at me and said no and I've been here 5 minutes. a couple minutes went by and both customers in front of me walked out. so I was next and walked up to the counter. 2 employees were in back getting things prepared and one employee up front making coffee. I asked the lady at the counter making coffee if I could order a couple donuts. she looked discussed at me and said, "we're busy!" I couldn't not believe what I just encountered as a business owner with over 100 employees, I'd fire an employee who treated my customer like this. so now I will tell all my employees the horrible service I received and will use this as a training tool for my staff. I will NEVER go to a Krispy Kreme again read more

Since when did donuts get so expensive? I didn't realize they up charge for maple bars. $16.99 for a dozen plus an up charge of $2.40. A dozen used to be $13.99. read more

i went through the drive thru and the donuts were small, distorted, and only half frosted. i went inside to ask if i could get new ones and the cashier girl was extremely snobby. she stared at me and said "that's how they all look". i pointed to the donuts in the case that were bigger, actually frosted, and didn't have FINGER MARKS in them like the ones i got. she acted annoyed and like i was purposefully trying to ruin her day just by asking for a different donut. she obviously hates her job and needs to take a class in customer service. read more

First off, I have always had really good service from the fine folks who work here. They are always friendly, smiling, and patient when my kids take a long time picking and repicking their donuts. The donuts are good. Not the best in the TC but pretty darn good. The prices they charge are set as if they are the best donut on the planet. I would say about half of the time, the rewards system isn't working so it's hard to earn the free stuff they offer. I have been saving my points for as long as possible and go to redeem for my free dozen (one of the great accomplisments of my life ), and of course the rewards system is offline. I like that it is convenient for my drive into towb but I probably wouldn't go out of the way for these treats. read more

When I am in the area I go by this business. (To be fair, the last visit is why I have given such a low score.) The drive thru was SLOW but once I managed to get to the menu/order...I found out why. No glazed doughnuts whatsoever! WHAT???? I decided to by the speciality dozen...Guess what...one one of the 3 in that dozen was available. Not Good! The young man taking the order was not the usual cheery kind they have. (Almost rude) I paid for what I ordered (not what I wanted) and when he gave me the change a quarter fell from his hand to under my car. His response was "well" and gave me my order. I asked if I was supposed to get under my car to get the quarter...his reply "Well I can't crawl out the window"... WHAT?!? That was my LAST visit to that business. read more

it is tasty and the kids love it even more than Safeway. also it has a donut machine that is pretty easy to watch, they have donut holes and the kids make the donuts whole by adding the holes in them. my two little ones have fun racing donuts and donut hole when they are on the cooling track! that is why is give it 5 stars and the kids give it 6 stars! read more

I went to doughnuts yesterday 03/22/2020 at about 7:30pm and with all this virus thing going around I honestly don't think their taking precautions, only one guy was taking orders, serving them and cashiering he had one glove on his left hand but was touching money with both hands as he gave me my change, I think they should have one person cashier and one serving just to be safe I will be calling the manager today just n case this doesn't get to him/her.. read more

Amazing donuts when they're fresh, but this location is HUGELY understaffed, and are thus, as many reviewers have pointed out, very, very, very slow at providing service. I'm here at 9:30 in the morning and there's only 2 people currently working the shop, only one of whom is serving customers, and is working both the drive through and the inside shop. It's risky going here if you're on your way to work since you could be stuck awhile, especially if there's a long line. They're also very bad about turning on the "hot light" when making fresh donuts, so you never know the best time to go, their phone scanner for their rewards program is often not working, and as another reviewer pointed out, they're peanut free, so may not be serving a limited-time donut. To sum it up, they have good donuts, but this location is poorly ran and managed. read more

This is less of a review and more of a warning of sorts. Not all Krispy Kreme's locations are the same and some locations may be different than others, a bad thing when the other KK may be 2 1/2 hours away. I had wanted to try the new Reese's peanut butter cup doughnut they've been talking about in commercials and on the radio so I went there and asked. However, the KK in Richland says they are a "peanut-free environment", which I was not aware of before. I then asked for their Ghiradelli mint chocolate doughnut and I couldn't get it because it was "still in the box". It would've been different if there was another KK in town but it would've been nice if there was a sign somewhere saying "we do not serve the Reese's due to being a peanut-free location". This means if they have another peanut-related doughnut, most likely they will not offer it. Hopefully if another KK opens in town, it will be peanut-friendly. read more

I just went to try the filled pumpkin spice. It wasn't ready yet so I tried the other pumpkins. I was asking questions at the drive thru b/c I don't usually come here. I prefer Dunkin. The guy at the drive thru was annoyed with my questions and didn't answer them correctly. I ordered a mixed donut hole 10 count. Cause it says they have it on line. And the menus says they are $1.49 with donut purchase. I get the window and he gives me my stuff. I said these are the mixed holes? He said no we have only one kind. I didn't argue cause I was running late for work. I get to work and realize not only was he rude he charged me the 2.99 for the donut holes. Not impressed with this place and the holes tasted stale at 7am. Place wasn't even busy. I was the only one there. Bad service. read more

I would love to know why a MANAGER would be ok with thinking calling something "mentally retarded" to their employees who were trying to help costumers is ok?! And when called out about it says "well my daughter has disabilities so it's ok"! Um, no it's not! Ever! And when my husband tried to explain to him about the current events going on in Richland, specifically about the superintendent that was just released of her duties for putting down sped kids, his response was "well i hope those parents sleep well at night". This is beyond not acceptable. This needs to be addressed and maybe some extra training needs to be put in place for your Said "manager". read more

Zero customer service. Ordered a dozen donuts online. Picked them and they were great. Then I noticed that they had charged me twice. Over the past three weeks I have made multiple calls to the local store. No one has ever answered. Left multiple messages. One was eventually returned and the manager promised to look in to it and get back to me. No return call and my additional further voice mails were never returned. Tried to contact Krispy Kreme corporate. Multiple emails with automatic "we will get back to you" messages back. The one actual response was rude and implied that I must be mistaken. I am shocked and disgusted with Krispy Kreme. They definitely lost a customer, and I felt the need to earn others to stay away from the Krispy Kreme in Richland. read more
