They have easy access to drive thru and have a lot of specials sent via their app. We like the original and Boston cremes the best. I cannot tell the difference between hot and not. I've bought 6 assort twice in the last month and both times 4 of the 6 were so dry and stale we actually threw them away! The only ones that were fresh were the glazed originals. The absolute worst customer service. I walked in to a non busy morning while watching the staff completely ignore me. I asked the drive thru if he was able to help me after I was there for 10 minutes he said someone else will. I asked another girl to help me after 5 more minutes. She said she could not. After moments longer I asked the drive thru attendant if I should just go in the drive thru. Also..: there were only 1-2 cars the whole time I was there in the drive thru. The service was absolutely poor--despite ordering IN PERSON, the staff gave us the wrong donuts. After letting them know, they made it a big deal to just switch to the actual donuts we ordered. (We still left with 2 incorrect donuts) I truly don't know how you can get a crème filled donut with chocolate frosting on the top confused with a regular (non-filled) donut with strawberry frosting on top... The workers were inattentive and didn't listen to our order at all. To make matters worse, the donuts we received were dry and tasted old. What really sealed the deal was when we saw them putting out fresh donuts in the window, only for them to go to the back and give us older donuts. 3 different employees helped us but none of them said hello, goodbye or anything except eye rolls about the order being incorrect. I love Krispy Kreme donuts so whenever I'm close to, I have to have them. The original glazed are my favorite that they usually have the fresh batch and taste fresh. I was visiting my extended family in Kennewick so bought 2 mix dozens. They were just done with $2 original glazed dozen deal, too bad. I picked the cream files, Oreo, sprinkle, etc.. the young lady at the counter was very quiet, but still courteous. They have a reward program via their app and I just installed it before coming here. So I asked the lady how I get the points. She told me to give her the phone number and I did. You need to ask because she didn't ask anything about the reward. After I was done making payment, I notice "$1 donation for a free original glazed" by the counter. I said "oh so I could have had that?" And the lady said "yes, but sorry". Very disappointed. Made a special trip from west Pasco just for Mars donut which their website said they had. You can't go inside so we went through drive thru. We were told they didn't have the Mars donuts. We ordered 2 regular donuts and 2 coffees. We got to the window and no one was there. Just went to Kripsy Kreme for one of their free doughnut days! Me and my boyfriend got two of their doughtnuts, they were staffed up in preparation for the long lines and they moved quick. However the real light of the trip was the nice man at the window, he said we were his favorite customers of the night after saying a joke at the intercom thing. i went through the drive thru and the donuts were small, distorted, and only half frosted. i went inside to ask if i could get new ones and the cashier girl was extremely snobby. she stared at me and said "that's how they all look". i pointed to the donuts in the case that were bigger, actually frosted, and didn't have FINGER MARKS in them like the ones i got. she acted annoyed and like i was purposefully trying to ruin her day just by asking for a different donut. she obviously hates her job and needs to take a class in customer service. read more

First off, I have always had really good service from the fine folks who work here. They are always friendly, smiling, and patient when my kids take a long time picking and repicking their donuts. The donuts are good. Not the best in the TC but pretty darn good. The prices they charge are set as if they are the best donut on the planet. I would say about half of the time, the rewards system isn't working so it's hard to earn the free stuff they offer. I have been saving my points for as long as possible and go to redeem for my free dozen (one of the great accomplisments of my life ), and of course the rewards system is offline. Amazing donuts when they're fresh, but this location is HUGELY understaffed, and are thus, as many reviewers have pointed out, very, very, very slow at providing service. I'm here at 9:30 in the morning and there's only 2 people currently working the shop, only one of whom is serving customers, and is working both the drive through and the inside shop. It's risky going here if you're on your way to work since you could be stuck awhile, especially if there's a long line. They're also very bad about turning on the "hot light" when making fresh donuts, so you never know the best time to go, their phone scanner for their rewards program is often not working, and as another reviewer pointed out, they're peanut free, so may not be serving a limited-time donut. To sum it up, they have good donuts, but this location is poorly ran and managed. read more

This is less of a review and more of a warning of sorts. Not all Krispy Kreme's locations are the same and some locations may be different than others, a bad thing when the other KK may be 2 1/2 hours away. I had wanted to try the new Reese's peanut butter cup doughnut they've been talking about in commercials and on the radio so I went there and asked. However, the KK in Richland says they are a "peanut-free environment", which I was not aware of before. I then asked for their Ghiradelli mint chocolate doughnut and I couldn't get it because it was "still in the box". It would've been different if there was another KK in town but it would've been nice if there was a sign somewhere saying "we do not serve the Reese's due to being a peanut-free location". This means if they have another peanut-related doughnut, most likely they will not offer it. Hopefully if another KK opens in town, it will be peanut-friendly. read more

Zero customer service. Ordered a dozen donuts online. Picked them and they were great. Then I noticed that they had charged me twice. Over the past three weeks I have made multiple calls to the local store. No one has ever answered. Left multiple messages. One was eventually returned and the manager promised to look in to it and get back to me. No return call and my additional further voice mails were never returned. Tried to contact Krispy Kreme corporate. Multiple emails with automatic "we will get back to you" messages back. The one actual response was rude and implied that I must be mistaken.
