Traveled back "home" to Florence, AL after thirty years. Krystal was on the list and I wish I had…read moreread these reviews first. The cashier had a couple of acquaintances babysitting her child in the lobby while her coworker was cleaning the grill. They said it would be about ten minutes until they could make any burgers. I mentioned going to the other location in Muscle Shoals and the cook and cashier both started badmouthing that store and warning us not to go due to poor quality. We had no problem with waiting so we placed an order for four adults. Well, thirty minutes later, we received a couple of bags that the cashier was filling as they were being made. It was almost dark so we wanted to get back home and eat. Well, one of the chili cheese fries had no cheese, three burgers were correct, 13 burgers were wrong, and overall we were short four burgers. I was bummed so I only ate the fries. I got lucky because my other three family members got sick...real sick after eating the burgers. I'm assuming that the cleaning solution was mixed with the onions and steamed into the burger patties. I have no idea how this place is in business unless it's for money laundering. There are too many great places to eat locally so don't go there.

There's no way anyone should have thought it was cool for this to leave the store like this, because chances are you may get someone from Yelp Elite that will write a review about it. In closing, I do not recommend eating at this location.
