We ordered tacos (my hubs ordered a fish and shrimp and I got a Carne Asada and Chorizo). We loved everything, including their fresh made salsas, pickled onions, and Margaritas! Halfway through my Carne Asada taco, I looked down and realized my taco only had one tortilla holding it together (most Taco shops double up on their tortillas on their street tacos)...I looked at my taco in disbelief and said to myself, this is a fresh, handmade tortilla...look at it holding all this meat like a champ, not folding under pressure! I asked our server if they made their own tortillas, and she verified that yes, this was a handmade tortilla, and Don Taco makes them fresh everyday...Wow, what an outstanding place this is! As we finished our meal, another server offered us a sample of their Birria meat and suggested that we try that entree the next time.
