Bought a box of assorted speciality doughnuts, and after I paid, I realized I was charged for each individual doughnut, so $30 when it should've been $20. The staff person had no idea what I was talking about when I came back to the register. A manager came over (with ripped gloves and filthy shirt, no apron), kindly voided the transaction and charged me correctly. Meanwhile, they were out of all specialty coffees, straws, and the inside was smokey from something cooking area in the restaurant. Krispy Kreme Corporate: Please just close this location. It is the worst possible representation of your company. They never have product and the staff is horrible and don't care on the least. There is a sign on the front door that they only have drive thru service. You go to the drive thru, no one answers the call. You pull up to the window, the lady says the drive thru speaker doesn't work. How would I know that? There's no sign on the drive-thru, only a sign on the door saying to use the drive-thru. Today they didn't have any donuts, but were open. The woman at the drive-through window is eating a doughnut, mouthful of doughnut, while she's talking to you in the window. Disgusting. Uugghh. Tried this place for first time.. would not go back I can see why they dont have alot of business. Not much of a selection for coffees, donuts were okay? They wouldnt even give a pup cup. I've talked myself out of writing a review for a while, but I'm at my wit's end. I don't know what it is about this specific Krispy Kreme, but for whatever reason the workers treat me like they're annoyed with me every time I come here even though I always try to be nice and polite. There's really no better place around to get donuts like the ones from KK, so I admit I still go, but as an introvert I dread having to deal with the workers here every time I come here. First there's always a communication issue at the order speaker, despite me always turning all sound and air off so I can hear better they either talk too low and can't hear me or the speaker isn't good quality I'm not sure because I can't hear them either. Then they talk to you and treat you like you're a hostile not a customer. God forbid you try to order anything that isn't extremely simple or try to use a coupon because the more they have to listen to you and do things the angrier they seem to get. Lastly, beyond just the absolutely abysmal customer service, they seem to just close whenever as far as I can tell. I have no clue what time they actually close because I've been there an hour before their posted closing time online and on their shop window/outside menu and it was completely shut down, and this has happened multiple times. You can come here for delicious donuts and thankfully that's a saving grace, but be prepared to deal with hostility from the staff. For some people I understand that's not a big deal, but for the rest of us I'm just giving you a fair warning now because I've been to this one many times over the last few years and it's always the same. My suggestion: add a tip option at the window like Starbucks has on the card reader and then the staff might be more inclined to play nice if it means they can make more money. read more

I'm not sure if they still do, but they used to give a free donut for each A on a recent report card. So, every time my children used to get their report cards we would load up and go here to get free donuts and I would also buy some to go as well. They were always the sweetest and most patient! Went through drive through and ordered a dozen glazed doughnuts. They handed the box out and when we looked inside we just shook our heads. They looked like doughnuts on a diet. They didn't fill the box. We returned them and they said there was more coming out so we waited, and waited, and waited. We couldn't wait any longer and asked for a refund. The general manager apologized and refunded us and said she was the one who ran those doughnuts. Well, here's another business that will probably end up closed. Want to know why? The last three visits have been not good. The first wasn't terrible. The staff was prompt, friendly and helpful but messed up my charges. I had a coupon and it was good for up to five orders but only had one discounted. The second visit, I waited at the order window for 5+ minutes and nobody ever greeted me, so I left. Today I went and the order taker 'couldn't hear me' so when I got to the window I asked for them to split up one dozen into two half dozen boxes. No big deal right? Well, seemingly it was. I was met was a sigh and an eye roll. I instructed her to give me my card back and cancel the order. I happen to be passing through going back home to Georgia and start to get some Krispy Kreme doughnuts. When I placed my order I asked for three original glazed and I said I would like to get the one free donut for having a vaccine card. There was no problem the guy told me OK pull around. When I got to the window the total that young lady told me did not match what it should've been if I had the free doughnut. So I asked her did you mot take off for my free doughnut? She replied with an attitude we haven't done that in a year! And I said well how come the guy didn't say anything when I ordered it and said I was getting a free doughnut with my vaccine card.
