Other companies wanted to do pump but Basement Solutions was able to do with gravity drain which is much better since you do not have to worry about pump failure. Worked great. Anyway a year later we had moisture on the floor. Bill came by right away, spent an hour with us and found that drain was doing it's job and diagnosed it as condensation. Turns out that he was correct. Part of the house is on concrete slab. On humid days we have to leave the windows closed and A/C on.

One example is..She double charged a client for a 45 degree bay window!! Jen suggested the placement of the window!! When i arrived to install the window i noticed that it would inhibit the bulkhead basement door from functioning. I called jim before i installed the window to report the problem. He screamed at me and told me to install it anyway!! He said that they will sell the homeowner on relocating the bulkhead door!! My personal opinion is avoid Lambert and Barr!!
