Drop-off and pick-up are incredibly organized, quick, and easy, which makes a huge difference. Coach Conroy has been wonderful, introducing the kids to a variety of sports while keeping a great focus on teamwork and sportsmanship. They even got some fun swag from local sponsors, and I really love that community-first aspect of supporting the kids through play. The best part of the week was seeing my son discover a real love for basketball. He is already asking how he can play more and dive deeper into the sport. We are very pleased with the experience, would absolutely do this camp again, and highly recommend it!

I'm not sure it is worth the cost but a decent introduction to cheer. She was consistently placed at the end of pyramids to lift other girls which I wish she had the chance to be rotated. My few interactions with Lisa Chambers, half year program director, have not been customer friendly. She was adamant about a 7 year old girl not wearing leggings during the winter season for practice (when it was 40 degrees outside or lower). With back and forth emails to document the conversation. My husband had to call personally to ensure the message got across! Additionally, my last interaction asking a simple question was quickly brushed off without answering the actual question. We won't be returning next fall.

This is a rainy day heaven for a family with young kids! There's a large area of bounce houses, miniature bowling, arcade games (with prizes), a rock climbing wall, really cool bumper cars that spin, laser tag, indoor soccer field, an upstairs party area, an eating area downstairs (they're adding a restaurant), TV's everywhere and a full workout gym...and I probably forgot something! This place is awesome! It was very clean throughout and the employees did a great job of being attentive. I found this location to be laid out much better than the one in Ballantyne. Prior to that I had never heard of this center that is nestled within a neighborhood of homes and apartments. They have a gym on one side and I think the fee to use it is like $2 on certain days. They have a television and a few chairs in the lobby if you'd rather watch something while you wait. I usually wait for my son in the computer room that they have and they offer wifi as well. They have lots of classrooms, and other space that may be used for meetings, etc. They offer many programs such as tutoring, after school, free meals, camps, field trips, computer classes, sports, and other activities to serve kids in the Charlotte area. Depending on what is being offered, the parking can get a little tight, other than that I usually don't have an issue.
