I had a pretty great experience and saw results after going for four weeks. It has a nice atmosphere with an encouraging community. The trainers are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Every class is a little different and always challenging so expect to get your butt kicked. I actually looked forward to going to my workouts if that says anything. I definitely recommend doing their intro class if you're new to Crossfit/weightlifting movements. The coaches were very accommodating when I needed to modify exercises due to past injuries. Big shout out to Lillian, one of the coaches I worked with the most. Thank you for being so warm and welcoming since day one and answering all of my newbie questions! I'll definitely consider joining the gym full time. All in all a great experience.

I also love the online scheduling, payment, and the huge variety of classes offered. Can I also just point out how few studios in the area offer Saturday classes or evening classes? Right now, they have a special with 50% off the first class for new members. The staff and the other people who go here are super friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that truly all ages/level of fitness are welcomed with appropriate modifications added.

I want to be satisfied mind and body. My hubby was the one that found this little place. I thank him every week for finding it and for the packages he gets. I feel like I belong there. Melissa is just about the greatest owner/teacher I could have ever met. They have so many classes to choose from! They offer so many different mat classes & apparatus classes (Pilates machines). Personally haven't tried the apparatus ones yet, maybe later this year. I also enjoy that you have to sign up online to purchase classes and to sign up for them. Only a certain number of people per class so they don't let them get out of control with people due to the space. THANK YOU!!!! This is my place. It keeps me feeling good (even if I wake up & don't feel like going. I feel like a million bucks the rest of the day) and I always look forward to the next class.

Right away, Vito was very knowledgable and helped me feel comfortable by walking me through the process of what to expect and what was expected of me to see results. I've never been a gym rat but this is a place that I truly enjoy. It's only been about a month but already my overall health has improved and I'm starting to see results.
