I was invited to join some friends and their children to experience Mr. Kringle's Inventionnasium and I wasn't sure what to expect. It turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The whimsical blend of Dr. Seuss and Willy Wonka made the whole experience feel magical. The children were fully engaged, and the interactive learning elements were impressive. The cast members were well developed and genuinely talented, and the staff was welcoming and enthusiastic from the moment we walked in. I can easily see Mr. Kringle's Inventionasium becoming one of Cleveland's cherished holiday traditions, much like Mr. Jingeling. I left grinning from ear to ear. read more

What a joke! We have gone for 3 years. And this year they asked the kids to give the toys back that they built their entire "patent " around; imagine, create and build a toy and meet Santa. You get to name the toy, tell your group about it, draw it, and build it....but this year they the toys back... Their excuse; tariffs, no and you can buy a ticket that allows you to pay more to keep the toy. Last two years, the toy was part of the entire experience and the kids kept it. My child was so upset and wouldn't move to the next room bc he didn't understand why he had to forfeit his toy when previous years he kept it. How do you explain this to a 4yo? read more

"You're late" .... I shouted as we left the house to go to the event. The directions clearly stated that you need to be there 25 minutes before your appointment time to ensure check in. Well, we were late, however the team was very accommodating and we were able to get in. Now I'm not advocating that you be late and we got lucky with them getting us in ... so fair warning. In the end, the experience was well worth the expense and the kids enjoyed it .... Especially the Sno Bro! Give it a shot. Ciao! read more

We visited kringle's investionasium last year and it was a blast. Full of energy and we got to take the puppet home. This year was another story. First the individuals who played the elves must not of ever worked with kids. One lady made my child count the puppet parts just to have that puppet taken away in the next room. She made my child upset. Not a single thing was changed from last year. Same lines same activities. Extremely disappointing and won't ever be going again. read more

Went for the first time. Our kids loved it. I didn't like being help in essentially a pen until it was out time to go. Some of the characters are a bit outlandish. And I could see it being soooky to younger kids. read more

The family (8 adults, 5 children, and one infant) visited the Tower City (Cleveland) attraction on Friday, Nov. 28, 2025. Adult tix cost $156, children tix cost $114, and the infant was free. 2 parking vouchers at $8 apiece totaled $16, and the "VIP Experience" was $216. Note - the VIP Experience included cookies, hot chocolate and a visit with Mrs. Kringle. There were no "peanut-free" cookies, so the children with allergies got nothing to eat. The 10-yr old reported the hot chocolate tasted like melted plastic. I will vouch that the water was cold and refreshing. Sales tax was $3. But here is the kicker - no advance notice that an "Admissions and Service Charge" of $243 would be incurred. This last fee is almost equal to the cost of admission! Total cost for the "entertainment" was $748. Not happy, the attraction definitely not worth that price. We've learned, never again and advise others to BEWARE. read more

Fun place to go for a Christmas experience especially with littles. My grandson was 12 and he enjoyed as well but he is probably at the top of the range for this for kids. All was timely until the end when it was time to see Santa and it took awhile. Overall a fun experience! read more

Kringles Inventionasium was such an amazing and fun experience for my grandkids! Santa is original, wonderful with our little ones and smells like chocolate chip cookies. What a fantastic place for the Christmas spirit! Bright colors and decorations provide a great backdrop for photos (you can take as many as you like!). Well worth the money, time and wait. This is the first year we didn't go and i am so bummed !!! It is such a unique experience and fun for the kids to have the hands on experience. And meeting mr kringle at the end to get pictures is always so nice and personal. Sooo much better than waiting in line at the mall!! After this we usually go see the talking Christmas tree (which is always super fun for the kids) and ride the train. We will be back next year!!!! read more

I thought it was a wonderful experience for children and parents alike. It was fun that they had different characters that later showed up on a coloring book in the end. I liked the different workshops that had the kids using their imaginations. It reminded me at times of Charlie and the Chocolate factory. Overall, I would highly recommend it. read more

Without a doubt the most unique visit with Santa you could hope to get. The tour is a little less than an hour but it's through a theatrical and immersive set of lab setups with learning toys where the actors in each room have incredibly detailed and colorful costumes, hair and makeup. There's an undercurrent of theme park running through the whole experience but also a feeling of being on a movie set. Some of the casting is more perfect than others, some of the improv is better than others. I went and saw a Classic tour or Group tour for work without the kids first. Of the three experiences, VIP is far and away the most interesting - you basically get the tour all to yourself instead of sharing it so you get a lot more one on one time with the actors and it feels like it takes longer. My kids went at 5 & 9 and I would highly recommend and plan to take them again at 7 & 11 now that the tour is changing. Kringle himself is spot on, knows all about what the kids plan for Christmas is and recognizes the kids by name when you get to the office. It's a little different to share these details during the order phase but the magic of the photo op is undeniable. Given the number of actors and the detail that goes into production I'm surprised that it isn't more expensive and would expect it to be maybe 20% more. Certainly in a bigger city or venue it would be (and should be) Tower City can't contain a gem like this. read more

I have been looking forward to bringing my son to experience this theatrical perfomance for years. I wanted to wait until my son was old enough to appreciate all aspects of it. We both thoroughly enjoyed every step of the way, the actors were fantastic, ALL OF THEM. The different rooms were all themed and had so much spunk. When we saw Santa, he was literally floored by how much Santa knew about him. The thing that left a distasteful resonance was that there were multiple Santas in a cluster of rooms with NO CEILINGS. So everything that was going on in each of the "Santa" rooms were heard in our room. My 7 year old caught onto it when he saw flashes from above our walls. He started listening and he had an obvious suspicion. I don't think he quite caught on entirely but had I waited a year, he would've. This is a spectacular experience but the Santa part was poorly executed and I couldn't stress enough that it needs to be changed. read more

I am very disappointed in this company and their customer service, We went on 11/29 We arrived early as it states you should to check in. We waited our turn and were about to go in for our 10:10 time but the 10:05 people showed up late so we had to hold back for them to start. We had a large party ,12 in total yet 2 other families were put in with us. It was very crowded and not enjoyable. I then noticed the group behind is only had 4 people so I think someone from that group slipped in with us, We then had the pictures with Santa, The printer was not working to purchase the photos so they offered us the USB which we chose. I got home and the USB was empty. I have called and emailed numerous times and no one has followed up on the issue. They need to work on their customer service read more

We took our son two years ago and it was absolutely amazing. Everything was so magical and santa was so sweet and perfect. The kids got to pick a really cool gift from a bunch of them at the end. This year, we insisted my sister also bring her son along and I honestly feel bad I made them come with us. Everything was extra rushed and the "actors" were different people and seemed annoyed to even be there. They didn't even have us hang out in the last scene at all and pushed us right to Santa. My son was very sad because he was raving all about seeing the "living" clock again which was in that scene. The santa was also super unfriendly and my son wasn't smiling in the pic. They were too rushed to take another one so that's what we were stuck with. Online they have you fill out facts about your child that santa can use to pretend like he's really magic and knows your child. The first year we went they utilized that- this past year, on the other hand, nothing personalized. The kids were not given a choice of presents at the end and all received a very cheap little teddy bear. We paid extra for the deluxe experience and this whole thing was an absolutely awful experience. It seems as though it's all about the extra dollar here now. We will not be returning. read more

This just wasn't a good fit for our family. We've got two sons, 8 and 10, and they were too old for the experience. The actors seemed a little odd, which they may have been going for that look but it just was too "Alice in Wonderland" and not enough "Christmas" for our taste. It was also very expensive for what you get...then, the tour finishes up with workers escorting you into the gift shop to upsell you photo packages and push the kids into buying all the little toys/activities they just experienced during the expensive tour. read more

From the late start to the odd cast of characters, our 3 and 6 yr olds were disappointed. Despite opting to not purchase their overpriced photos ahead of time, the boys were asked to pose for at least 6 pictures. I was disappointed that the website stated all items needed to be checked yet we saw many folks carrying bags and coats inside. There was no easy way to retrieve our coats except to duck under ropes. read more

I can't say enough about the amazing experience offered with Santa at his workshop at Tower City. We took our 25 month old, knowing that much might go over her head. The characters and staff at every point surpassed our expectations and I'm quite sure we met the real santa;). Santa was exceptional! He, like all of the characters and staff, knew exactly how to get or daughter's attention and when to not push her to interact. Did I say how amazing Santa was?! And, the toy store - can't say enough about the toy selection. The kids were allowed to play with everything in the shop and we thoroughly enjoyed that as well. The photographer was fantastic as well. I highly, highly recommend this experience! read more
