Three sliding doors, and our front entrance way and screen door. They resided the entire house with James Hardie siding. Replaced all gutters and leaders. Replaced an outdoor spiral staircase and many other things. Although this was a big job, Proven's pricing was competitive. They gave a multi job discount. My biggest concern was that this is a summer home so we were not around a lot to supervise. I was pleasantly surprised that they showed up when they said they would, and kept to their timetable as closely as possible. We are very pleased with the master bathroom remodel done by Dwell. For the size of this house our…read more bathroom was a very strange configuration with mostly a hall/closet leading into the bath area. It consisted of a 3x3 shower, toilet and single sink vanity. We required a larger bath area and Roland came up with a beautiful design. We now have a large shower with custom glass enclosure, double sink vanity, and closet/storage space which makes the space large and airy. He even transformed the small closet in the bedroom area into a walk in. All this was done within budget. The crew Roland uses is very competent, they are tidy, considerate and fun. I was re cooperating from surgery at the time of the renovation and not totally available to make some decisions that came up.
