I recently came on here to check out what I had heard about Lexi Floors, I would like to say I have purchased and had installed laminate flooring and I very happy with this company they are hard working, neat and excellent the way the do the job. CC: everyone know that when you get laminate it can scratch, I have never had any staining issues at all, well I completely flooded and it did ripple. In reading your review I think you are being harsh, I don't feel it is up to the flooring company to hold on to extra flooring for a client, I would say that is your responsibility. I myself just had lexi floor's fix my home after Sandy, they were wonderful. Oh and I purchased extra boxes in case of an issue, things happen you may ask why just think its smart thing to do. I do same thing with my tiles always buy extra.........You may want to look into his new vinyl laminate it is the best, does not scratch and does not stain oh and it does not swell from animal PEE!!! I think your review is harsh but seriously you are the one who should have prepared for these issues not the company if it was a month may be but a couple of years that's funny, things change all the time. Can you say gorgeous oh my God what an amazing job these guys did they were and they were out they were super clean I didn't even have to move any of my furniture they handled everything for me this was the easiest thing I've ever done in my life I had to change my carpets to flooring due to the fact that my dogs my puppies and made my floors unbearable I have extremely heavy Restoration Hardware furniture the guys were able to move everything install floors and do the base moldings all in a few hours son a 20x20 room ! Plus The product is better than that crap that you see at Home Depot this product has a thicker millimeter wear life on the top layer of the floor The guys were awesome the owner was awesome he was extremely knowledgeable Seems like he's been doing this for a very long time they were meticulously clean which I loved I laughed when they left because It didn't even look like they were here and aside from my floors being amazing! 99% of the people who deal with Lexi floors love the results! There have been many repeat customers and referrals throughout the years! Its very unfortunate when you purchase a product that goes discontinued. Often that is no control of the business owner when the manufacturer decides to discontinue . However Lexi floors is a fantastic company that has been in business for over 12 years. Repeat customers rave about the flooring and the professionalism. Prices are incredible and quality is remarkable. Isn't anyone curious where the positive reviews are? Apparently someone is hacking the system to only show the two bad reviews. Ironically "CC" happens to work in technology and I'm sure understands exactly how these reviews are posted and which ones becoming recommended. Very rude, unprofessional and does not listen to the customer. Come for an estimate and never measured for sq ft and the transition pcs and molding. Jay even told me to buy the molding which should of been on the estimate. Jay asked me a question about the floor and would always interrupt me before I could answer. The sample pc he brought was cheaply made. He gave me an estimate based on how many more guys he might have to hire to complete the job. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on the photos I sent him, then the estimate was $2700 more just showing up. I went with a different flooring co with a much better product (22mil commercial flooring) at a much lower estimate. Glad I never used Lexi flooring company and saved $1000. I had Dr Pepper flooring co do my floors and was an awesome flooring contractor to work with, listened to all my concerns and done an outstanding job from start to finish $1000 less from Lexi's unmeasured fake estimate. read more

About 4 years ago, Lexi Floors was recommended to me by a friend who was very satisfied with the work they did in her home. They removed the carpet and laid the laminate in a very professional way...perfect install and cleaned everything up beautifully. Just what you would expect. Looked beautiful and I was very happy. I had a leak from my refirgerator about 2 weeks ago and it caused the laminate to lift in spots on some of the boards. I called Lexi to see about getting boards to have it fixed. They were so nice and accommodating. They have the boards I need to fix my floor and gave me a really great deal. I will not disclose the details of my deal, but lets just say I'm definately the winner! I highly recommend Lexi Floors.
