When they were not delivered Sunday, I checked my email and saw there would be a delay and that they would be delivered Monday. When they did not get delivered Monday, I contacted Kremp and they stated there was a delay and that they would be delivered Wednesday or Thursday at the very latest. It is now Thursday and my Mom still hasn't received flowers. This is very disappointing and I wish I checked reviews before ordering from them. Received the attached email today, 03/09/26 saying that the delivery location requires a "higher minimum" and they were requesting to charge an ADDITIONAL $20. Their website shouldn't have allowed the order to go through and/or automatically adjust the total cost based on the location. First order, they did not have what I had ordered, so they replaced with white flowers but it was not the beautiful Lilly I had ordered. But the flowers were beautiful. Yesterday, I ordered a plant for my sick dear friend. The plant on the website showed came beautiful flowers petals in one of the picture and with pieces or orchids in the other. The plants were showed in pretty glazed pots. Below is what my friend received in a cheap wicker basket, no flowers (I had specified for them which pictures I had selected) and there were a big brown spot on one of the leaves and at the top of another. Not happy at all with the order. Will not order from them again! Have emailed them to inform them that it was not what I paid for! I called many times and customer Sce hung on me twice. I stumbled upon Kremp Florist when I did a google search for a black corsage to match my stepdaughter's animal print dress for homecoming. When the package hadn't arrived by the day of the dance I was on the verge of panic. I called and was so pleasantly surprised to reach a person on a Saturday morning. Christy looked up the order and then told me she was going to get to the bottom of the missing corsage. When she called back she let me know that FedEx had the package and it showed it was in the delivery area the day prior but it was now missing. In between calls, she'd reached out to multiple florists in the Norfolk, VA area (where my stepdaughter lives) and she could get a substitute but it wouldn't be black (short notice) to be delivered by a local florist or she could refund the money. I cannot express how impressed I am with the level of customer service we received from Kremp Florist today. It was so refreshing to work with a company who truly cared that my stepdaughter had a corsage for the homecoming dance. If I could rate them a million stars I would! The flowers were "delivered" AFTER 3 PM, and the service ended at 5 PM ...meaning they were only present for about two hours. This completely defeated the purpose of sending flowers for the wake. What made matters worse was the way I was treated after the fact. They were unable to locate my order. They couldn't "cancel it" and Instead of apologizing and resolving the issue the owner said "do you want me to help you or not? And hung up on me as I grieve my grandfather. Also, to add insult to injury I received repeated phone calls and WhatsApp messages from their "partner" florist in Puerto Rico, including pushy and aggressive language. During a time of grief, this felt like harassment and showed a complete lack of compassion. If you're considering ordering from this florist, please be aware that you may not get timely delivery, and you may end up dealing with unwanted calls instead of sympathy and professionalism. I made this review almost 3 years ago. The point I wanted to make when I left my review was that Same Day Delivery does not always mean that. In my case, delivery took 3 days. I understand that it was a holiday and I ordered late, but I was not made aware of the flex holiday delivery policy until AFTER I submitted my payment & paid extra for same day delivery. Very disappointed with Kremps. 3 of the 6 fig trees I have purchased from them have Mosaic Virus on the leaves and should not have even been sent out. They have to be destroyed else it will spread to my other figs. That's ALOT of money to just throw away. I've purchased 6 trees in total from them and 3 have the virus. Upon receiving my order, I sent them photos of my thoroughly infected trees. Disappointing Experience with Kremp Florist I recently placed an order with Kremp Florist for same-day flower delivery, adhering to their stated cutoff time of 12:30 PM CST. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite placing my order well before the deadline, I received an email notification informing me that same-day delivery was not possible. The reason provided was that the contracted flower shop was already overwhelmed with deliveries for the day. This lack of coordination and foresight on their part was disappointing, especially considering the emphasis on guaranteed same-day delivery. I'm leaving a review just based on the response to my review posted in January for transparency. My review which I posted the day of my order issues, January 20th, was just replied to by Chad Kremp. I spoke to Chad myself on the phone and literally have emails between he and I where I show the arrangement my friend received which was nothing like what the picture on their website was. The review just got a comment from Chad today, 5/18/21 and it says they have no record of my order. Yet I have emails based on the conversation I had with Chad. After looking at other reviews that were negative, Chad wrote the same typical response of "not finding an order." I'm not one to leave reviews, but Chad was truly so rude to me on the phone that day and was arguing with me over the pictures I sent and tried to tell me that roses and daisies were basically the same cost and that the bouquets were similar.... they weren't. He also went on in an email trying to tell me the arrangement I screenshot below was the upgrades version of the website and it was not. I understand covid has lead to some issues within the floral industry and what is available, but if that if the case then they really should contact the person who placed the order beforehand. The fact that Chad argued with me on the phone, told me the only way I'd get a refund is if I allowed a delivery driver to go to my friend's house to pick up the arrangement (wtf?!) is insane. And he argued that if you are unhappy with the goods you purchase somewhere and want a refund, you must return the item. Who in their right mind would be comfortable telling their loved one who received the flowers "sorry, i want a refund so someone will pick these up?" After reading other reviews, it's VERY clear that Chad will either pull the "I don't see an order from you" stunt or talk down to you about why your arrangement you paid money for looked like a hot mess. Save yourself some money and go buy a fresh bouquet from Fresh Market down the street. You'll get much better quality and won't have the VP of Sales arguing with you. read more

Sooo, why allow people to choose a date and the charge them if it isn't possible?! They took the blame FedEx approach. Also, the VP claims they won some award in his email signature.
