My mother in law has used Beth's Flowers in the past for weddings and recommend her to me. We decided to use Beth for our wedding that took place on 11/21/20. Beth was really great to work with and totally understood my what I was looking for when it came to my flowers. A few days before the wedding she checked in with us to confirm if there were any changes and to talk about any last minute details. We originally ordered a corsage and boutonnière for my grandparents, but they backed out of attending our wedding due to COVID. Beth graciously offered to give us our money back (even though she ordered the flowers already), but we opted to have a couple center pieces created instead. It was nice of her to be so flexible with us, especially during these times. I really appreciated that she labeled all the floral items for delivery so we knew which boutonnières and corsages belonged to which person since we customized most of them. I plan on using Beth next year for centerpieces for my rescheduled reception! read more

So, I had put an order two days ago for valentine's day flowers for my wife and was originally going to pick up the same day. I asked to it to be under a certain price since I had gotten my wife another present for v-day as well. I ended up rescheduling the pickup for v-day and went in after work the next day. They could not find my order, and apparently did not make the flowers, so I had to wait about 15 minutes for them to make it. In addition, when I was rung up, the amount was over the budget that I asked them to be under. And this was clearly stated on my order sheet. They didn't offer to give me a slight discount considering that they had forgotten about my order and apparently did not read my order sheet either. The flowers were nice, though. Maybe my experience would have been better since it was Valentine's day, but I'll try another place next time. read more

I ordered a corsage wristlet for my son's girlfriend for senior prom. I was told the wristlet would be full of flowers and I wouldn't be disappointed. So I ordered sight unseen and had faith. When I went to pick it up it was so small! Half the size of all the other corsages my friends ordered if not smaller. The white rose buds had brown on the tips and it was $40! This was morning of prom so I had no choice but to take it. I will never go here again read more

We try to shop local whenever we can but we're disappointed by this shop. I ordered flowers for the local Father Daughter Dance. On Friday at around 5, I went to pick them up. I paid extra money to have the flowers bedazzled! By 9, the flowers looked like they were turning brown and wilting. I called late Saturday, but no one answered (including a machine). I then called Monday morning multiple times and then finally spoke to Beth around 11. Her first answer was that she has the same flowers still there and they look fine. I told her I took pictures and would be happy to send them to her. She called me back about an hour later and told me that since I was unhappy, I should have called Friday night. I told her that I was unable to do so. She told me that their store policy is they stand behind the flowers for 24 hours and since it is now Monday, well, she was just sorry. I will not be using Beth's Florists again. I am disappointed in the service and the way I was spoken too. read more
