I picked a plant with her help as I am not safe with a live plant. The plant was delivered within 2 hours. I am not sure why I am just reviewing them now, but Fireside is a great local flower shop that I love to use and recommend! Each time I come in, there is always someone who is very happy to help me pick a beautiful arrangement within my budget with helpful advice to what is in season and what will look better paired up. People here are so friendly and will take the extra time to make sure I get to see examples within their showroom to know what I am getting. I once received a delivery from Fireside and you know they truly care about their flowers because they left a note saying we missed you, and they didn't want to leave the flowers outside until I returned and gave them a call. Each of the flowers last so much longer than other places I have received or purchased flowers at too! The most magnificent flowers I have ever gotten and I have gotten many flower deliveries. Definitely not your average 1800teleflora arrangement. Very well designed. Contained simply 4 lilies and 4 roses with some small purple accents. But the blooms were of such high quality. Very artistically designed. And I know the person ordering was not in town so unlike other florists this one made certain to send the highest quality despite the fact that the purchaser would never see it. I recently used Fireside Florists for a bouquet of flowers for my daughter. The bouquet consisted of two flowers, one stem of baby breath and one stem of green leaves. I usually purchase the same exact flowers from a different florist in Southampton, PA.(about 10 min drive from Fireside). I usually pay $3.00 less than at Fireside and the bouquet consists of ten of the exact same flowers, lots of baby breaths and greens. I was extremely disappointed when I saw the bouquet (I did not pick it up myself). I called to express my disappoint and was told "sorry you aren't happy but that is what you paid for". Not only are they extremely overpriced but their customer service is non-existent. read more
