I called Monday for a filling that fell out and got an appointment a few days later. The receptionist was very friendly and willing to help me figure out my dental coverage before the procedure took place. When I arrived there was literally no wait time and they followed COVID protocols. He put me at ease and was very professional. Dr. Ickowicz fixed my tooth in minutes and told me that I didn't need a root canal like my previous dentist had suggested. After a cleaning, I left feeling no pain and was in my car in 45 minutes. After procedure, I was told I had to pay over $150 and it was due immediately and I could not leave the office because insurance didn't cover it. I asked if they could just bill the insurance and if there was an outstanding balance I would pay it, the lady at front desk said flat out "no, you have to pay it now". There is nothing wrong with the doctor himself so its a shame for this review. The doctor is actually very nice and respectful and professional. The way he runs the company or allows others to run the company by allowing the administrators to LIE OUTRIGHT to the customers is not acceptable to me.
