I appreciated that her demeanor seemed very sincere (not the forced friendliness some try to put on). The X-ray technician was very courteous and gentle, explaining each step she took. Dr. Meneshian, who I met for the first time, was very friendly and professional. I appreciated that he spoke very thoroughly and patiently and not in a sterile, but in a very human manner. I knew immediately I wanted to be in his care for my first invasive dental procedure. On the day of my actual wisdom tooth removal, it went very smoothly. Every staff member was very courteous and put me at ease. The atmosphere was very calm, had good energy, and everything was handled in a timely manner. The surgeon's assistant was very pleasant and also guided me through every movement. Dr. Meneshian was just as pleasant as during the consultation. After the procedure, which went well, he reached out to make sure I was comfortable, which I was. I am very happy I opted for this practice and such a skilled, lovely oral surgeon and staff.
