I was referred to this place by my sister and let me tell you that I'm so glad I came. The office is impeccably clean and warming. The front desk staff is nice and friendly, the guy taking the X-rays was super nice as well, and my general dentist (I forgot her name) was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding my plan of care. I dragged my husband here as well and he also was seen. We both had a cleaning by a great hygienist (again forgot her name). My appointment was at 12 and I was in and out quickly. I came here for a root canal , the staff was super friendly, the office is very clean, upscale/newly renovated dental office. However, after looking at my tooth for literally 2 seconds the female dentist told me verbatim "you need to pull this tooth doing a root canal there will be hard" I'm utterly confused because I wasn't told that before and I had a appointment for the root canal but it was further out and I was in pain I couldn't wait. I told her I didn't want to pull it she said someone will give me a list of endodontist who can pull it. A young lady bought me into another room and gave me a bill for $1500 saying that's the cost to pull the tooth and put an implant. I'm like I thought you were going to give me referrals. Long story short I feel like they were just out to get my money and didn't really care or maybe just wasn't capable of doing the root canal. I didn't appreciate how they gave me one option and that's to completely remove my tooth. I did find a endodontist to give me a root canal so everything is fine now. The staff here is very nice, I just felt rushed and like my back was against the wall to pull my tooth. read more

I can't believe I am writing a positive review for a dental office! This office is fantastic, super clean, high tech everything...and everyone was so nice. I came in ...finally, after almost 10 months of not seeing a dentist or a hygienist. I got my X-rays taken and the doctor said no cavities! However, I did need a tooth cleaning, and I can say it was the best ever. 10 months of plaque and buildup gone, in 45 minutes. So I finally bit the bullet and went to the dentist, after two back to back terrible experiences in a row, it was time. My wisdom teeth started giving me sleepless nights and VERY bad headaches. I found the office on yelp, the office is close to my house AND they took my insurance. (thumbs up) I called and spoke to this really nice lady who also was my dental hygienist. Now the last time I went for a cleaning and a different dentist, I walked out. Bib, drewl and all. This time the only thing that was uncomfortable was the water squirting part due to what was later explained to me that my teeth are really sensitive. And she recommended a tooth paste for me to start using. She was veryyyy gentle and my teeth felt really nice and light after.. (Light is the only way to describe it, LOL) After that part was over Dr. Igor, looked over my x-rays and gave me a referral to an oral surgeon. I'm also planning on going back to get fitted for my invaslign after my wisdom teeth surgery. The office is very clean and everyone is VERY nice. I chose this dentist because of the great reviews. My first visit was just okay. I didn't find the staff or the dentist to be particularly nice or helpful. Very busy and unorganized. The office was clean, and I was really pleased with the air purifiers in the waiting room and the treatment rooms. I have had a pleasant experience even though I was hesitant because of my fear of dental work and learning new staff. Well, I have nothing but positive things to say. The first dentist I saw was Dr. Igor, who had such a gentle hand. At my next appointment, I had to see another dentist. At first, I was wondering why, as I had just got used to Dr. Igor. I was introduced to Dr. Yuriy Normatov, and it has been my absolute best experience. Dr. Yuriy is also gentle and has the patients' comfort in mind. I found this office (via Zocdoc), was happy to get an appointment (Thanksgiving weekend) & on a Sunday. I waited to write this review (seen 3 times) and I can honestly say, Dr Igor has a great bedside manner, is knowledgeable and his staff is very professional/courteous.
