Trying to put her mind at ease, I decided to send flowers. Having no "go to" florist in Virginia Beach, I struggled with selecting one. I picked Eclectic Design. Obviously, I needed the flowers delivered to her hotel. Eclectic Design not only provided a beautiful arrangement (the flowers grabbed the attention of the other ladies at the meeting) at a wonderful price, they were more than happy to accommodate with a timely delivery. I even tried to provide a tip for the person delivering. They insisted that there was no need for that. He took my number and said he would call back. Never called back. I called three more times during business hours over the next week before disputing the charge with my credit card company. What's the policy when something like this happens? What prompted me to write a review...the business doesn't have voicemail set up. There are few things more frustrating than calling with no answer only to hear a machine say "sorry no one can answer, please call back." No, you call me back. I already called - you didn't answer - call when is convenient for you. So many good reviews and beautiful flower photos hopefully my experience was a fluke!

The people who work at the frame shop are nice and do a very good job. Framing is expensive but with their discounts you feel a tad better. I wandered through the store to see their selection of items. Some things were plentiful and others looked very picked over. This store needs a major renovation and overhaul.
