Clear communication, nice people. They told me what information they needed from me, told me the cost, and gave me an idea of timing. The cost was $50 (vs the $200 the other place wanted). I have them the info, waited, and picked it up when they said it was ready. I was worried a small project like mine would get lost in the bigger projects they must have, but that definitely wasn't an issue. I'd be happy to work with them again.

After getting a paid-in-full receipt from them for the monument I was having made for my deceased husband, they decided to add another $600+ charge to cover the cost of a cement pad. A paid-in-full receipt should mean your bill is totally paid. Even the cemetery personnel complain about how unfair this tactic is. Do other monument companies do this? This paid-in-full receipt even went to FEMA which now I know means they lied to them, too. So sad. Where have ethics gone in this day and age?

I called him and inquired about his services and informed him of the size of my yard and he said it wasn't worth his time to even consider doing it. He then told me that since my yard was so small, I should get off my fat, lazy, behind (he used a much more vulgar term) and do it myself instead of trying to waste his time. He had excellent reviews which I was I chose him but now I'm wondering if all the positive reviews are real or not.

I gave Mark Lambrecht @Exquisite Upholstery in Reedburg a call & he said to bring them in. He suggested it may only be a matter of retacking the straps, as springs seldom fail. Upon arrival Marks assistant took my chairs carefully from my van for me, and before even examining them Mark covered the first one with a clear plactic chair wrap & had his asst cover the second one. This impressed me. While examining the chairs underneath, Mark could find no failure, I had not brought the cushions as I didn't want my WHITE to get dirty. I returned the next day, and just like Mark said, the foam in the cushions had crushed. Mark ordered 5in. foam and had it completed in 5days. He also reinstalled a Maple Slat for me & replaced some tacky straps on those chairs from a poor upholstery job prior. Mark did a beautiful job on my furniture with a great eye for detail & Reasonable prices. The other peices I saw in various stages of completion ( Eastlake LoveSeat & MCM Arm Chairs) were lovely. Beautiful fabric choices & good workmanship. GoldMine of a location, dropdead center of 1st block of Downtown Reedsburg. Call Mark Lambrecht @ Exquisite Upholstery for your upholstery needs. I will surly be taking him more peices to restore.
