Justin showed up that same afternoon, and found two areas where raccoons had damaged the roof. He expertly repaired the damaged areas and was very courteous when explaining there was no charge. And I told them I had insurance the insurance will be taken care of it for some reason the insurance never paid it so they turn me over to a bill collection agency over this $600 finally my insurance paid and we had a settlement payment and then they overcharged me on the settlement payment.
