She walked us through all our options (including insurance grant opportunities), explained why each step mattered, and worked directly with the insurance inspector so the project met all requirements. The crew was efficient, the roof looks beautiful, and the cleanup left our yard spotless. Pricing was fair and up front. Before Hunt Riggs Roofing, others felt like pressure sales. With Hunt, it felt like true professionalism. If you need a roof made to last, call Hunt Riggs Roofing. Thank you, Kyndell and team! -- The DeSantis family

I spoke with Allen who was very friendly and professional. I had a pleasant conversation with him. I explained what was going on and he had Brianna call me to go over everything. Brianna was very thorough and professional. She quoted me a price to repair my roof and she sent Josh out to my house this past Saturday. When he arrived he took time to answer all my questions (and I had a few). He checked my roof and my attic. He found the problem within a few minutes of arriving. Apparently, one staple popped up and as a result my roof was leaking. He pulled the staple out and sealed the holes. I was very pleased with the professionalism shown by the staff. When the repair took less than estimated, Allen immediately refunded me the difference. There was zero hassle. I really appreciate a stress free, proper repair. I am so happy I used R&J. I highly recommend them!

He was honest, upfront, and clear on the options and his recommendations. He didn't do the "up sell" thing you would expect from any rep selling a job. He did the opposite and told me when my roof was last repaired, what needed done and broke everything down simple enough for it to make sense. To top it all off (after multiple reps) he beat competitor prices by a fair margin. If you call this fine establishment for any business you wont be dissatisfied! So when…read moresomeone suggested that I could reglaze a mid-century house's bathroom, shower and back sink to save it from demolition I was more than a little skeptical. This would be the most reglazing I have ever attempted and the most important because it is for my mom's house which we are preparing to sell. Well, I looked around and saw Eternity Tub Reglazing here on Yelp with many good reviews and thought I would at least see what they were about, again with much skepticism. Matt arrived on time and with plenty of samples for me to check out his work. I was floored by the potential looks that were available. After Matt's thorough explanation of the process, I was sold on the attempt for the fix. Long story short, Matt impressed with promptness, professionalism and the totally outstanding final result. All areas look fantastic. Not to mention he was able to save a triple glazed/bondo "fixed" tub that was for only the strong willed. Matt made it look like new money. My faith in professional reglazers is established, (or at least in Matt and Eternity Reglazing).
