I have been with this company for over 25 years. Always very pleased with the services. Lately I have been disagreeing with billing for an invoice that Tricare should pay. Apparently and according with Tricare the billing department need to submit a form for Tricare to approve the payment and they have not submitted. It's been few months trying to find a solution. I went to the office today and hopefully this will be fix.
