This is the worst OB/GYN that I have ever ever one more time ever seen. This man went ahead and charge my wife with her Medical from the state of California for his services. In addition to that he told my wife to give some $500 for a procedure called Mona Lisa, which will alleviate all her pains and suffering in her private area. As few days went on, she developed unbearable pain where she suffered the worst pain of her life. The night she could not take the pain any longer and she winds up in the emergency room for taking her $500 in cash for some treatment that is called Mona Lisa this man is gonna have to be held responsible. Just wait for the state of California medical board to start investigating him all this mumbo-jumbo. Now I'm finding out that this Dr is from Africa somewhere in Nigeria got his training so having this kind of treatment seems like a jungle bunny looking for a free loader. On top of all this when I've tried to contact his facility they were hanging up the phone on my wife three consecutive times and once on me. This will be an unexcused medical treatment. read more

I cannot speak to the care at this facility because I did not make it past the phone with this office. I had a referral as a new patient for my daughter and I, but was appalled by the unprofessionalism, tone and rudeness of the front desk/scheduling staff. This prompted me to research this doctor and this office and found that this is common with the staff here. I simply canceled my appointments and will find a provider who has a better front office that will be welcoming so that we are not made to feel as if we are burdening anyone with making appointments. read more

Absolutely horrible my pelvis bone broke couldn't walk for days because he didn't tell my prior that I was going to need a c-section, he didn't even deliver my baby like he said he was, don't recommend at all please don't come to him don't RECOMMEND AT ALL. I went for my 6 week check up and he didn't even check me I told him I wanted a X-ray since my post- partum nurse told me to tell him to check me and he said no it was normal the pain I went through so im just advising you to not go. read more

I was a nurse practitioner student here years ago and not only did I witness the provider cause the female patients to feel disrespected and uncomfortable, but he was extremely unkind and demeaning to me. I was undergoing an illness with no diagnosis or treatment, just suffering physically and emotionally, and he claimed I was faking it. Extremely disheartening. read more

I wish I can give 0 stars. Worst office I've ever been to. The staff is ridiculous, rude and all over the place. The doctor is so rude and very demeaning. I went in for a new appt after the hospital and was going in for a follow up to see what was going on with my health. He diagnosed me but not without insulting me. He called me "big and over weight" said I need to lose weight and said "and "you're almost 32 , do you want kids" I said yes and said "well you need to start now bcus you're getting old". I cried and didn't know what to say, bcus it was so much stuff to process. He gave me a Pap smear and was also very rough with me. He also prescribed me a medication to help with my diagnosis that he didn't go over with me, I had no idea about the side effects & go top it off, it was supposed to be mailed to me and I never got anything. I had been trying to contact the office all week and every time I do they tell me to give them a second and put me on hold for over 30 mins and never get back to me. And then when I finally was talking to someone they had an address and phone number I had when I was in high school but when I went to my appt I filled out forms with my address and put my current address and phone number. I walk In to my appointment on time and I say good morning and silence. I said " Good Morning " and the two receptionist gave a dry good morning. The lobby is warm in temperature and there are mosquitoes in the lobby. I finish the prelim paperwork and they tell me that the dr isn't even here and he should be here shortly. As a woman in a Vulnerable state I don't feel like this place is a Good fit for me. When you think of healthcare you think there will be some care and kindness. I give them 2.5 stars. This clinic is in the La Puente/West Co. Area.... so whaddaya expect right? Although my doctor is Kpaduwa Julius, I've NEVER seen him once the whole 5x times I've visited. I've visited twice for a stubborn cough (had to wait 40+ mins w/an appt), and one for a course required TB test (which was quick and painless)... honestly, I know some young girls visit for contraceptives. I HIGHLY recommend going to PP instead! it's much quicker and they don't give you generics! This clinic is filled with children and their mothers who are both patients. There is only ONE restroom that is moderately kept. When they draw your blood, it is in an open back CORNER (right next to the restroom), not a room, thus, having no privacy whatsoever! Very cluttered and small. The nurse that drew my blood was putting the cap in her mouth and putting the soiled needle on the table, THEN putting it in the sanitation box. (Highly unsanitary) The front desk staff are "nice" but their language is unprofessional, and act rather unprofessional as well! For example: Lunch is only an hour right? the whole room is dark, literally DARK. There is no sign that says OUT TO LUNCH, you have to look for the business hours sign. Then when the hour is up, they don't come back right away. NO, they take their time, they come strolling in with their shopping mall bags 10-15 mins AFTER their lunch hour and act unbothered which i'm sure they are. RUDE!! They don't even apologize for being late. The NP "Nurse Practitioner" is a fairly young Asian woman who is very friendly but she seems rushed majority of the time. For example: she will tell me LOADS of information, and before I even get the time to process that info she asks me "okay do you have any questions?" I am planning to switch doctors ASAP!! read more

WORST and most DISGUSTING office I have ever been to. They don't even deserve 1 star. In short words Horrifying experience they just want people in and out, no compassion, dirty, unsanitary, employees rude and no compassion. I felt like I needed to shower after being there. I felt disgusting and violated. In better detail here is my horrible experience from beginning to end. I went here 2 times while waiting for my insurance to switch over. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. 1st off calling to make an appointment front desk girls are rude. When I called to make my first appointment the girl asked "what's wrong with you?" In the most sarcastic tone. I proceeded to make an appointment. They were able to schedule me the day after my call. When I arrived, their waiting room was filled/over flowing with families. People were standing around inside and outside pretty much shoulder to shoulder. When finally being called back after 3 hours they took my blood in an EXTREMELY dirty And obviously unsanitary station. It was a random chair in the middle of the hallway where they kept papers and documents. It was weird and I was scared. Boxes and random file cabinets in the middle of the hallways. The person who took my blood asked me to get up and go grab myself a bandaid (so unprofessional!) in one of the file cabinets across the way where they also kept tools inside the drawer. It was a mess, not organized at all. Once I squeezed my way into one of the rooms the first thing I seen was the examination table was in front of another door and there were boxes and trash behind the table the walls were dirty, looks like they have never been wiped down EVER and it smelled weird inside. GROSS! I felt so uncomfortable I wanted to cry. I explained my pregnancy concerns to the nurse. I was having light bleeding and camping and since this was my first pregnancy I was concerned. The nurse was an Asian lady, very nice. HOWEVER, when she went to do a pap smear I had a really bad feeling that everything she was using was dirty and unsanitary, I should have asked for them to open a new one in front of me but I just prayed to God and hoped for the best. I was already feeling overwhelmed and just wanted to get out of there. She also used some tool I had never seen, I tried looking it up and can't find anything that looks like it. I trusted her anyways. She was rough and I was cramping, I almost started crying. I've had plenty of Pap smears and never pain like that. After, I was bleeding very heavy, blood clots started coming out and I was cramping really bad she said it was normal and it was because I have a Sensitive cervix. I was scared and should have trusted my instincts. (Ended up having a miscarriage the next day) Ultrasound appointments are only on Wednesday because they don't have an ultrasound machine at their office. When seeing the tech he was rude, the machine was VERY old and out dated. He had told me I was measuring earlier than I should have been. I was worried and asked what that meant since I should have been much further along. He was rude and yelled at me saying "ITS NOT MY JOB TO TELL YOU!" He had no emotion and no compassion. Just walked out and said "get dressed then go in the hallway" After, I was standing in the hallway just waiting for idk who... no direction. I seen the dr walking around but he paid no mind to me standing there looking lost. My husband found a nurse we asked what to do next, she said we needed to make another appointment the see the dr and take another blood test to see if my hcg levels have gone up. That night I ended up having a miscarriage. I would never return here. Ever ! For your own safety I'd stay FAR away!!!! read more

Avoid this place at all cost!!! First off he lobby was empty and the wait was almost an hour to be called back. I passed several stacks of boxes lining the walls all the way to the back of the clinic. The furniture and equipment looked old and shabby. Nurse took blood pressure & a minimal patient history, that was okay. (most others use a questionnaire). The exam room floor was filthy. There were only an OPEN tube of jell, a vaginal scraper, and a box of gloves on the utility table. AND THAT UTILITY TABLE, the disposable covering was tucked under the edges and was ripped in many spots!! I could tell it hadn't been changed in a long time! I was going to take a picture but my phone died. He didn't like that I was unhappy with the jell being left open (how unsanitary)! Or that I requested a nurse to attend. He left and returned with the nurse. He wanted to visually inspect my breasts instead of just examining under the shirt like all other doctors do. I told him there was no need but he stating that he was looking for rashes. I told him I had no rashes but he wouldn't take my word for it and INSISTED ON A VISUAL EXAM!!! He even manipulated my nipples saying he was checking for discharge. To which I replied, all he had to do was ask me. His exam was very rough and took much too long. I actually bled from the exam. I think he was uncomfortable with my resistance and questions. He even asked if I was a nurse and what my occupation was. I will never go there again. Went in the El monte office in june when I found out I was pregnant office is terrible staff was nice. Went in for a check up and the dr did a pap with no nurse in the room only himself. (I wonder if that's even legal) he had to check my heart rate with by bra up???? Sounds wrong. I was just so uncomfortable. And I even cried after I left. Please ladies don't go here. I don't care how long he has been in the ob practice he made me uncomfortable the while time. I changed drs and now it's august and staff barley called me telling me I have a uti since june. I would drive 45-60mins (depending on traffic) to this office only because he delivered my first 2children. Office has gone in a downward spiral! Apart from the drive, the wait time was never less than 90 mins WITH an appt! Then you go in the back where everything....weight check, blood drawings, urine samples, etc....is done in the open! Then you wait another 20-30mins in your room or another back waiting room. When the dr finally comes in he'll LITERALLY see you for maybe 90 seconds & then he's off in a hurry to the next patient! Everything is rushed. Front office never smiles!! So glad I found another ob closer to home!! I will say that the Asian stand in ob was super sweet and took her time with me. Wait time is always over an hr wait even with an appointment. They over book and thus have the waiting room filled to capacity. The doctor left me bruises from being too rough with a vaginal exam to check how far along in my pregnancy I am and left another bruise from pushing to hard on my abdomen with the fetal dopler. I yelled out telling him he was hurting me but he didn't seem bothered. Just waiting for my hmo ins to come in so I can switch away from this ghetto place. read more

This was my first and last time seeing this Dr. I'm absolutely traumatized. I was severely injured from the way he did my pap and pelvic exam. He did not stop when I was screaming, he went harder. Blood everywhere! He said it was me, not him. I had to go to the ER after Because I passed out Trying to get home. The ER confirmed that the injuries were from the pap and exam earlier. The Dr in the ER was horrified and it was the first time I ever saw my husband cry. My insides are bruised and they had to stop the bleeding. My hip is injured because he pushed it back to far. I can't walk. My guts hurt so bad that I can't function. I can't even pee! I have had 4 babies. I'm in great shape and had plenty of paps and exams in my 4 decades on earth. I have never been examined in such a brutal way. I feel violated, traumatized. He also did not keep his covid mask on. There was no social distancing in the waiting room. It was not sanitary. I feel obligated to self quarantine for two weeks. I think he may be a nice guy with good intentions, but is oblivious to the most important qualities of being an OBGYN...don't kill us during the basic exam!! Thank God I wasn't pregnant or else he would have aborted my child during the exam by mistake. This experience will unfortunately not be forgotten. read more

The ONLY reason I'm giving one star is because I can't put ZERO. This office is HORRIBLE, dirty and the black women at the front desk is VERY RUDE and unhelpful. I feel like I'm in a Tijuana clinic. Do yourself a favor and go to anyone else but this place. Change your GROUP, that's what I did. Now I have citrus valley, I went from zero to 10 just by doing that. Not to mention my appointment was at 11:00 I arrived at 10:30 and wasn't seen untill 12:30. Ill now be getting a doctors not to explain why I was late to work. read more
