Clearly this guy doesn't have the right permits to rent the ranch for parties so he's always complaing about the music volume. If your planing to hire a band for your party please find a different venue because he will not let the band or dj play to their full potential. Also the lady threatened to turn off power if we didn't lower the volume, that will cause damage to any power equipment. This place deserves 0 stars

I cannot say enough nice things about Zia Ranch and the owners. Every time I have brought my…read moredaughter there we are welcomed with open arms and such a sense of family. All three family members, Jim, Debbie and Calyn have personally made every effort to make my daughter's experiences there enjoyable and memorable. Because of them and their program, my daughter went from being scared and crying to not being able to contain her excitement and begging to get back on a horse. This has made me a very happy and proud mom. My daughter trusts each of them and is gaining confidence in not only her riding but in herself with each visit. It is with great pleasure that I am given the chance to watch Debbie and Calyn work with different children and I am able to see the benefits of their program in those children as well. Zia Ranch is such a wonderful place not only for the kids but for the adults too! The grounds are beautiful, the various viewing areas are great and its just as rewarding for me watching the lessons as it is for my daughter. I am grateful for this program and would recommend it to every parent as a great outlet, a confidence booster, and great animal therapy for their kids.

This business came highly recommended by a friend but unfortunately our experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. Lots of communication issues and lack of flexibility or accommodation. The first day of our lesson, no one greeted us. We had to enter the supply store and ask where to go meet our teacher. Another time, I couldn't get ahold of anyone to let them know we would have to miss a lesson and reschedule. Rarely was the phone ever answered and communicating via text was also unreliable and delayed. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund for a month worth of riding lessons. I would honestly take your money elsewhere if looking for riding lessons. It's not cheap and there has to be a better alternative in the area.

While I do not consider myself her traditional client, having two horses with opposite training needs, she has really enhanced my experience with both. She creates a barn atmosphere that is hard working and efficient, and makes learning fun. This is the most enjoyment I have had with horses in more than 10 years, and it is so rewarding to see how well my horses are doing. I am now taking lessons and am enjoying refreshing my riding skills as well. Whether the lesson is on one of Legacy Farms' well trained horses or on my own, it is really nice to test what I can do and feel myself riding correctly again. It is also great to watch other members of the barn ride and support everyone at shows. In this barn I found a trainer I can trust and care I can count on for my horses, I could not recommend it more highly for hunter/jumper enthusiasts of all ages.

Quiet, beautiful barn with lots of grass pastures for turnouts, covered arena with great footing…read moreand terrific care for the horses! The facilities are well maintained and clean. The stalls are large and airy with large paddocks. It's a smaller barn so the arenas are never crowded (and usually not in use at all when I visit on the weekends). The horses are fed hay three times a day. Having turnouts is a priority for me and I don't think you'll find another barn in the area with more grass turnouts. Karen (owner) and Tim (caretaker) are great people and really love all the horses. I've boarded at Diamond K Ranch for over 2 years and my horse could not be happier!

That made me feel more comfortable. My teenager and my 3 year old loved this. It is very hard to find activities both my kids enjoy. Highly recommend this experience for families and the price is reasonable. They do birthday parties here as well. This place is definitely a 5 star recommending this place to family and friends.
