It is a children's riding school more than a regular boarding place. If you need extra help with your horse, it is very pricy to have them do anything for you if you get sick or injured and can't take care of them. Also, your stalls don't get cleaned until 7pm somedays when it is hot and they don't have a regular time to feed at night. It could be 4, or as late as 7 pm. I boarded there 1 year and while there 4 different people were hired to feed and clean. She couldn't keep any help very long. If you are a professional in horses, I would advise against boarding there!

The guy who feeds and cleans is always splendid and really cares for all the animals. No crazy rules or drama.

The indoor arena is meticulously cared for and the cleaners do a wonderful job of keeping the facility clean and neat. There is also an outdoor arena and round pen on site. Each stall comes bedded and has it's own oversized paddock and a private tack room with outlets and lighting. The owners couldn't be better to work with, they're truly amazing humans. Waters are automatic and cleaned weekly. The hay has been highly complimented by my vet, dentist, and farrier. They have a hot water wash rack that is matted and kept clean. Trailer parking is available and it's easy to get in and out with the large parking lot. Absolutely no complaints and highly enjoy keeping my mare here.

The stalls are large and airy with large paddocks. It's a smaller barn so the arenas are never crowded (and usually not in use at all when I visit on the weekends). The horses are fed hay three times a day. Having turnouts is a priority for me and I don't think you'll find another barn in the area with more grass turnouts. Karen (owner) and Tim (caretaker) are great people and really love all the horses. I've boarded at Diamond K Ranch for over 2 years and my horse could not be happier!

The first day of our lesson, no one greeted us. We had to enter the supply store and ask where to go meet our teacher. Another time, I couldn't get ahold of anyone to let them know we would have to miss a lesson and reschedule. Rarely was the phone ever answered and communicating via text was also unreliable and delayed. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund for a month worth of riding lessons. I would honestly take your money elsewhere if looking for riding lessons. It's not cheap and there has to be a better alternative in the area.
