My wife and I stopped in a Kozmo's and around 12:35 pm today, 06/13/2022. The hostess took us past the bar through a dining room (to the right from the front entry) All the way to a dark table against the farthest wall. We read the menus and decided what we wanted to order. We sat and sat and no server came to asked about drinks. I could see a guy on the phone at the front entrance and he went into the busy dining room a couple of times. At ten before one I told my wife that if we didn't get any attention by 1:00 we w leave. At three til one she said she was ready to go. I looked for someone to complain to on the way out but no staff were visible. We'll never go back there and certainly will not recommend the place. You can't please customers by ignoring them. read more

Loved our dinner here. Terrific pizza and excellent service. Everyone was very friendly and the menu has lots to offer. Pizza crust was flavorful which is a switch from the tasteless crust you find at the chains. We will be back!!! read more

First time going to Kozmo's. Becky & Jesse we're our waiters at the bar and let me tell you, they were awesome! Very friendly and helpful recommending food to us. I got the firecracker shrimp, so good! For my main meal I got the Tuscan pizza, AMAZING. I cannot wait to go back here, my fiancé loved it also. Prices are pretty expensive but when you have good food and good service, it makes it totally worth it. read more

I've been here a couple of times now. The food isn't really remarkable, at least nothing I've tried so far. It's satisfactory though. I tried their orange cream mixed drink and that was very good. I would still like to come back a couple more times to try more food. Service is good. read more

Service was excellent as one of our party has celiac disease and needs to ask a lot of questions before ordering. Waitress was very helpful getting answers to the questions. Everyone liked their foo d, a salmon dinner, stone hearth pizza, burger no bun for celiac person, Cobb salad for my husband. Husband asked for a larger plate for salad so he would not spill it over the side and waitress brought one quickly. I had asked for light cheese on my pizza which it was and had extra sauce as requested. The crust was rather dry but the mushrooms were fresh ones not canned. Very nice. Went here off the suggestion of some friends I don't know if it was a bad night or what, but we had Emily as a server she was trying her hardest but had the whole back room by herself, she had about 5 tables, and just couldn't keep up, we waited over 20 minutes from the time we sat down to even order, and another 45 minutes for two steaks and a kids mac and cheese, the steaks were grey, I mean looked like something that was maybe freezer burnt or frozen then cooked, I don't know but it didn't even look like a steak, I would have taken a picture but I didn't have my phone on me, she never came back to the table to check on us after she dropped off the food because she was so busy, so we couldn't send anything back, when she came to get our plates and give us the check both steaks were still on the plate only half eaten she never asked if anything was ok just dropped the check and grabbed the food and left, we never saw a manager or anyone other than her to talk to, we will not be back, $66.00 spent and we left hungry! ***update as of 08/10, i left the same review on their facebook page hoping a manager would see it, not only did they not contact me, they DELETED the review! Went with a a group. Service was quite good for as busy as they were, most every thing appeared good and everyone said they liked what they got. I had the scrod, which I can't find often, but the person next to me looked at it and sail "where's the rest of your fish?". Yes, it was very small, maybe 3 or 4 oz at most. Kosmo's is the kind of local establishment that makes it look easy! They have a great atmosphere, service, and food. Parking can be a little tricky sometimes, but it's worth it. Their menu should have something for everyone too. It's not one of those huge kitchen sink menus, just one that has a nice variety of well prepared dishes. read more

The bar is now just OK since the departure of the best bar tender in Massillon (for no real reason), the food is good - not great - and pricy. I will not be returning until they can rectify wrongly removing everyone's favorite bar tender and replaced him with non-responsive, socially awkward person that has little to know couth or bar tending skills. If you do eat here or just grab a drink during a game then by all means go draft and order whatever special they have it will save you cash and you will be pleased. read more

First time we ordered from here for take out and the food was not good. We ordered the sampler, wings, and a chicken Caesar salad. Most of the sampler was overcooked. The wings were really small. The salad hardly had any chicken for it. We heard good things about this place and we were really excited to try it. Boy were we disappointed!! Food was definitely not worth the price!!! I gave 2 stars because the wing sauce was good and the salad was ok still not the greatest. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Very nice place. I had the burger special when I was there and it was an above average burger. We shared a few appetizers and they were also good. We did like the 'normal' beer selection, but there's more available in bottles. Go for the bottles. I could see this place being a regular stop on my dinner rounds. The only knock I have on the place is that it closes WAY too early. For the business person who works I may not get to dinner until 8:30, their last call is 9:00 and the hotel is across the street. They should consider extending the hours until at least 10:00. read more

Brought my father here for dinner. I was not impressed. I got the spicy chicken sandwich. It was a mass produced frozen patty they probably heated in the microwave (definitely not a fryer,) and it wasn't remotely spicy. My dad got some whitefish, scrod I think. It looked to be about 4 oz, if I'm being generous. He said it was ok. He did enjoy his apple cobbler though, so it wasn't a complete loss. First, and last time I will eat here. read more

Was here this evening, my party of 4 had a reservation at 6 pm. When we arrived, at 5:50 , we were advised it would be about 15 min wait to be seated. We waited over 45 min to be seated only to wait another 15 before a waitress came to the table for a drink order. The food is good, but the wait with a reservation is unacceptable, no place is worth that. Will not be going back there. Take out order through DoorDash: Loaded chips were plain chips, nothing else. Got half credit from DoorDash. Burger with mushroom, Swiss and bacon. Mushrooms were tiny and just piled in a huge amount. Burger was clearly a frozen patty and had zero flavor. Shrimp tacos. Sauce was very good but I'm not sure why anyone would put the sauce and pico containers inside the tacos (like literally inside the shells along with the shrimp) when packing them for a pick up order? Messy. We've had very good food and service when we have sat down in this restaurant. Definitely need to double check your take out and pick up some slack. read more

We ordered a take out meal, dessert and appetizer platter. She said allow 30-40 minutes before picking up my husband arrived in 25 minutes. We live right up the street. Opened the container the steak was cold, thinnest steak I had ever seen. Sweet potato fries were cold and limp. Cut into the steak and it was fat and gristle. I lost about 2 ounces of my steak it was not chewable. No bread with the meal. Did not get the potato skins with the appetizer platter. They filled the platter with pretzel dough rods. We love their cobbler and always shared it. Only enough for one person this time. Kozmos was alwayd are go to place in Massillon, been going there for years. Rethinking after this experience. My husband and I had reservations for 6:00 Valentines evening. We were seated to the right of the pizza oven. There were 5 tables for 2 and then a table for 8 that had 4 men and 4 women seated at that table. We noticed a table of 2 left after appetizers. I said do you think it's because of the noise level from the table of 8? Then another couple left soon after being served. The table next to us were quite bothered by the loudness by the table of 8, because we heard them talking about it, and we were too. We could not even have a decent conversation because of them. We didn't have dessert or another drink because we wanted to leave. Our server was very nice but we did have a difficult time hearing her and she couldn't hear us either! When we got our check we paid and then I wanted to bring attention of our experience to the two women that were standing at the hostess desk. I explained the situation of the couples tables being in with the table of 8 that were very loud. I said maybe next time you could put the couples in one section and the larger parties in another section simply because of the noise level. I was dismissed by the woman saying "oh we can't do that". This is the busiest restaurant in town tonight and we cant do that. I said none of the couples could have a conversation because of the loud table of 8. She again said they couldn't split up the table of 8 for 2 smaller tables. None of the couples at the smaller tables wanted to sit there and have to shout to have a conversation with our spouses. The food was OK but not that good to put up with that! Too bad I was dismissed and my concerns were not taken seriously. You really should take our experience seriously. You had at least 6 tables not happy with their dinner experience on Valentines day just because of the table of 8! You can not have a big party next to couples wanting to have a romantic dinner. Been a regular for a while. I had a specialty pizza they had on their chalk board menu. It was delicious. So every time after I special ordered that same pizza as I'd travel in for business every 2-4 weeks. Back in town I was going to meet some coworkers for dinner. Low and behold the waitress was laughing and joking; making fun of the guy that always orders this special pizza, they laugh and joke about him and "his special pizza". Really. I've bought gift cards, entertained customers, referred friends to visit. Not any more. Sorry to have been such a problem, I don't think a business that public ally ridiculed its loyal customers deserve loyal customers. Right downtown and with an amusing Seinfeld theme, Kozmo's was a nice piece of local flavor on our quick trip to Massillon. After riding our bikes 70 miles to get there, the specials we got hit the spot. My fish was well prepared and my husband really enjoyed his pork ribeye. We ate at the bar and the exceedingly busy barkeep managed to provide very solid service on a hopping Saturday night. read more

This place has great service, pizza, sandwiches, and lettuce wraps, the lobster Mac and cheese leaves a lot to be desired though.

If a table has a complaint, whether it was petty or small, or a major mess up, it just looks bad on management when they talk loudly about the table to the cooks/other employees right on front of that table as they're leaving the restaurant. Do that in the back of house like every other restaurant. Service was and always is great until we overheard the manager talking loudly about our table while we were walking out, terribly unprofessional and embarrassing for this place. read more

This might be my favorite place to eat. The pizza is can't miss. While all the chians are serving processed garbage food Kozmo's cooks their pizza in their wood fried oven. I had the crab cakes as an appetizer and they're about as good as you can get in Ohio. The decor is beautiful, just a great place for a date. Not the best place to bring kids though. I travel to this area for business and stay across the street when I'm in town. Kozmo's is my "go to" place for food since I can walk right there. I like the decor and the food in generally good. Just had the Alfredo Pasta with chicken and it was great. I have tried the pork chops and they were better than average. Service is always good and it always seems to have a good crowd read more
