They have options for everyone; red meat, chicken and vegetarian. The tuna starter and shrimp was my absolute favorite. I did take away one star because it is a very slow process. Yes it is beautiful to watch and I enjoy the process but 2.5 - 3 hours is quite a long time. Also, if there are two different groups they cook the food separately and it takes longer.
