    Been going to Dr. Kovak since 2006. Best laser specialist. Will not go to anybody else for my Botox. Also the staff is amazing!

    I came here to see Dr. Ng in November for a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy. The entire staff was…read morereally friendly and had great bedside manners. They were able to ease my nerves as it's my first time ever getting these procedures. The team sent me all the instructions I needed prior to the procedure to help me prepare. The only downside to this experience is that they couldn't find my vein for a while, and there was no other option but to give anesthesia through IV. Some facilities have backup options like laughing gas. They ultimately found it, just in time for my procedure. The entire procedure took about an hour, I woke up pretty quickly, and I was also surprised how quickly they were able to get my results. They had images of the findings for me. The only thing that took a couple of days was biopsy. I'd totally come back to this facility in the future, and I'd recommend Dr. Ng and her team to anyone in the area looking for all things gastroenterology related.

Duly is a business first and foremost, and not a well run business, for its customers. The communication, between specialists is, at best, poor, the communication, contact, is through a central " booking office". Getting follow up appointments, on serious medical issues,; heart bypass surgery, etc. is a nightmare. Appointments that are critical, and should be scheduled with-in days, or a few weeks, are often only available months out. Medications, prescribed, often duplicated, because, the communication between specialist is poor, Dully's business model, i believe, is potentially dangerous, to a patients health. Why am I still in so much pain? Well, I'm here getting an Electromyography (EMG). An EMG measures muscle response or electrical activity in response to a nerve's stimulation of the muscle. The test is used to help detect neuromuscular abnormalities. During the test, one or more small needles (also called electrodes) are inserted through the skin into the muscle. The test sounds worse than it is. Dr. Mercurio was excellent. I'm confident she will help. Our hope is to find out also why my left leg and foot are numb. I'm finished now and look forward to the results.

In January, I visited Dr. Sarah Colomb. The appointment was around 20 minutes, the doctor actually gave me medicine, ordered labs, discussed treatment, and did real medical work. The bill was $184. Fine. But in April, during my LAST visit, the doctor basically did almost nothing. The visit was not longer than 20 minutes, no real treatment, no labs, nothing special, and somehow I got charged $250. For what exactly??? When I called to ask why the price was HIGHER than my previous visit where they actually did more work, nobody could explain anything. The billing guy just kept repeating the word "research." RESEARCH FOR WHAT? My treatment was already finished. What research is happening after treatment is done? Why am I being charged for some vague "research" nobody can explain? And the communication was absolutely terrible. I called multiple times and sent around 10 messages trying to get a real answer. Every single time I only reached the billing department. They kept telling me to "contact the provider." HOW am I supposed to contact the provider when nobody gives me the information or transfers me to the right person? I am a patient, not an employee inside their system. It would have taken them 2 minutes to contact the provider themselves or transfer my call, but instead they kept pushing me around in circles like nobody cared. Honestly, the whole thing felt shady and disrespectful. I seriously felt like because I am a foreigner, they thought I would just accept the charge and stay quiet because I do not know how the system works. Completely unacceptable experience. Avoid this place if you do not want surprise bills and zero explanation.
