The quality of their work is always amazing--my nails last, look beautiful, and they really pay attention to detail every single time. What I love most is how consistent they are, I always leave happy. The salon is clean, welcoming, and the staff is so friendly and professional. But then just did a solid nude. And when she was done she said along the lines of basically "this looks better than what you wanted!" Ok but I'm the customer! At that point she had made me feel so uncomfortable the entire time that I just paid and left. Will not return.

She really took her time and was really thorough with my cuticles (I'm a notorious picker). She does a thicker gel base under the gel polish which I really like because for once my nails feel stable and not like they could bend up and down all day. I have a feeling these will last a lot longer than me than normal gel coat. She made it really clear she cared about what I thought during the process and walked me through the whole process in case I felt any heat on my nails etc. Considering the hard gel base, her prices are super reasonable! Super happy with them and excited to go back!

Dang, the race set are in a vid. I've moved on over to the new shop. I'm not from here, so driving a bit in a beautiful place is not hard. And for beautiful cuticle work (without drawing blood), yes plz! So, the vibe, the cleanliness, the communication, the pedi options (and chair), conversation, ease of scheduling have been great. When we've had the oopsie with times or anything else, it's addressed and worked out. That matters! There will always be something that comes up and it's crucial to work it through. Also, of course, she continues to refine her skills which are excellent, so she knows just how to do things to get results. And she leaves your feet feeling very marvelous! She also uses very high-quality products on your feet which add to the lovely and improved feeling, and she even has some for sale for home use as well. A fine experience! There have been times when I want no design at all and there is never any pressure for an up-sale. I'm really hard on my nails and she's brought in new product for me to ensure they're as durable as possible. She really has gone above and beyond for me and I appreciate it so much. I started to see her during Covid because I trusted her protocols and (as someone who went to cosmo school) I appreciate her high standards when it comes to sanitation.
