I was having an issue with my personal truck, it was a metal on metal sound that lithia couldn't figure out after three trips. Lithia was going to replace bearings in the front to fix it, also they said I needed brake fluid flushed. Took it to Jack's thankfully for a second opinion. They stuck a test strip into my brake fluid right in front of me, and we waited for the color to change. Brake fluid was fine, they saved me $120. They gave me a ride back to work which lithia has never offered. They turned my rear drums and boom, sound is gone. I'll be using them for everything they can do.

Will I need new tires? What will this cost me? After waiting about 20 mins, this young man explained that there was a nail in one of my tires and they removed and patched it up. I was so relieved!
