I'm mechanic on a road trip and very picky about who works on my truck. They did a great job and most of all were extremely honest! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who need service. read more

These people are great- Took great care of me and all of the people I observed who came in. My truck's wheelbase is just a bit too long to work on their alignment rack, but they set an appointment for me for the next morning at their other shop. Since they went to the trouble to put my truck on the rack and connect it, I figured I'd buy my tires here, get the alignment there. Thanks to the staff at this location!!! Highly recommended!!! read more

I was on a work trip from Ca and stopped in at Commercial Tire -- my company has us on the road for 60,000-80,000miles a year so I encounter a lot of auto shops and I've never had such great support not being from the area, Jairo actually tried helping me out on some spare trailer tires that I had and been losing air and even knowing I may not purchase anything, he went above and beyond checking all of my tires, switching wheels with tires from my spares. I have so much respect for people and companies like this that actually take pride in helping people. If there is room for growth, he deserves it. read more

Commercial Tire - Tires Near Me - Twin Falls, Idaho

I was lucky they were not busy so they were able to change the tire promptly. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed a night in Twin falls on a trip from the west coast of Canada to Georgia. I woke up with a very flat tire and this was the closest tire place. I managed to get my car there and they took me in right away. They were super friendly and didn't even charge me for the tire repair!! They sent me safely on my way. I am so thankful. I'm sorry I don't know anyone in Idaho to recommend them to personally because I am so impressed. With behaviour like this you know they won't over charge you or do anything unscrupulous. I went during May so there are still COVID precautions and they were well organized for social distancing too. I highly highly recommend! (I made it safely to Georgia too!) Thank you Commercial Tire! From the distressed Canadian read more

Very helpful In helping me select the proper tires for my motorhome. The tires were very affordable and the service was excellent.

I've been really impressed by every commercial tire in general, but this commercial tire has the friendliness staff I've encountered yet. The manager makes sure you're taken care of to the best of his ability, all with a smile on his face. The store is clean, and well maintained. They go out of their way to get the tire you need either that day or by the next. I've never had a problem using this company and especially this store. It's conveniently located in an easy to access part of town. You can walk to a shopping center just down the road if you don't want to wait while your car is being serviced. They offer a variety of free services, whether you're a previous customer or not- free flat repairs, they'll air up your tires, free alignment checks and if you're on your way out of town, they'll do a safety check for you. I definitely recommend checking them out. read more

These people are the best! I had never been here before I bought my used truck three years ago. Now it's the only place I will go. Perfect example of their awesomeness: I stopped in at 4:30pm. They close at 5. I asked if they could do a tire rotation and instead of saying "no" the sweet woman at the counter w awesome cool hair said, "let me ask!" Isn't that all we really want as customers? For someone to be helpful. Anyway... she came back and said "they can do it!" So not only was she helpful but so was the guy in back who could have taken his last 30 minutes easy. I can't recommend Commercial Tire on Pole Line Road enough. And to the manager, please tell these employees parents they reared good humans! read more

I was in the middle of 932mil trip& my rear tire started to leak. I went to Commercial Tire in Twin Falls. The tire sensor was bad. They didn't have the one I needed. They put one that stopped the leak for no charge. One of the best tire store experiences I have ever had. read more

We got a nail in our tire driving from Salt Lake City to Oregon. We made a pit stop in Twin Falls at Commercial Tire to get it fixed. Cameron was so professional and quick. He said it would be 45 minutes so we grabbed lunch at 486 Elevation (which was fabulous overlooking the canyon). As we were driving back he called and said it was finished. My husband went to pay and he said it was free. I have to say that was one of the nicest gestures to receive. Thanks so much Cameron! read more

Somehow my vehicle gained a free-riding construction screw in a near-new tire that had to be removed quickly. Vince was awesome, great customer service, tended to my tire within minutes and did everything (including the remounting of the tire on a curved alloy wheel that could have sustained damage otherwise) with care. Was in a hurry to leave and he insisted on resetting the tire pressure alarm. Will definitely return due to the work and attention. read more

I have been a loyal customer for a while at the Gooding location. My wife's car needed a oil change ,so I set a appointment to get it done at a twinfalls location.. I went in a half hour early hoping they can get her car in early. I understood that they could not. However it took just shy of 3 hours to complete oil change.. I was very upset of the time it took. I had lots to do that day and time is valuable... After the job was done. The manager gave me my keys I asked what I owed him. He admitted that it was unprofessional to take that long to do the job. He never charged me a dime.. The job was done good. Also very good job solving the issue..I will bring my truck in next week. Hopefully it won't take so long. But I will give you guys another shot.... read more

During a cross country trip from Seattle to New Orleans, we stumbled upon a nasty piece of metal on I84 which gave us a flat and put a huge damper on our trip! We stopped by Commercial Tire and waited until they opened. We were greeted but Casey, who was extremely friendly and helpful! He found the piece of metal and repaired the tire. He was able to get us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Can't recommend this place enough! If ever back in Twin Falls, we will be back for any car needs! Thanks again Casey! read more

I took my car in this morning with a flat, was a bit worried because I had a 600 mile drive in front of me and didn't want to wait forever. They had my flat patched and ready to go in 30 mins! I was pleasantly surprised. Then to top it off when we walked in to pay it was free. In California that is $20-40. Made it home safe and so thankful for the quick friendly service. read more

This is a great business with really good employees. I had got a flat tire and had no clue how to get my spare out. A man from commercial tire came to my aid. They helped me get a new tire put on and sent me on my way and didn't charge me anything. They are great people and were so helpful in helping me with my tire situation! Great people read more

Dropped the car off on Monday morning and headed out of town for a few days. Stopped by Thursday afternoon when we got back into town. Car not done! The Burley store sent the wrong tire size. You'd think they could get a new set of tires on a car in 4 days. I'll think twice about buying tires from this store again. read more
