I waited just over an hour to be called in to the exam room, only to continue to wait an additional thirty minutes - and counting, and I've yet to meet with the Nurse Practitioner Munoz. Despite the fact that I attempted to reschedule the day of over the phone but no one would answer the phone. This is very disappointing behavior from a medical office, I understand policies should be followed but I am a brand new patient and was unaware my insurance at the time was practically worthless. Front desk said they would call and let me know if I would be accepted back but at this point I don't want to be a patient of such an inconsiderate office. What if I was in a true emergency that I couldn't attend or had no chance to call and reschedule? Would you discard your patients so easily? Shame on you! Do not recommend.

Love the fact that they look at the whole picture and not just how fast they can get you in and out with a bunch of prescriptions. They also assist with hormone and thyroid medical problems. Definitely check them out to see if they are a good fit for you.
