Things have really changed as far as my experience in the couple of visits that I had with him. I found that my visits with him were very expedited and one time he was about to leave the room, and I said, I have a couple of more questions for you, so he answered those. In subsequent visits he was very rushed too. Then I would not see him at all, I'd get a PA and it's not what I was paying for. One PA was a real ASS, he misdiagnosed me and was not aware that I had a copy of the MRI. He stated that I had inflammation and arthritis, when I pulled up the MRI on my phone showed him that there were NO notes which meant i was ok. His jaw dropped and eyes widened. Then I said a couple of choice words and left to never return. I think some Drs that have practiced for a while feel that patients won't mind and this likely allows them to make more money. I had the same problem with Dr Savinon, except that with him I requested a reimbursement for blood tests that he or the PAs never gave me results of. His office manager Mr Green decided to discontinue service to me after I forced him to give me my blood test money back. I had already started looking for another Dr, why would I stay there. Be cautious of the PAs, request to see your Dr. its what your insurance is for.

I was delighted to find someone like Christine Alejandro in the RGV…read more I first met her several years ago at a nutritional informational event that included healthy luncheon options. It was delicious! I then visited her at her office for counseling and learned of her other interest such as acupuncture and biofeedback. I did my own research on energy therapies. They sounded promising and so I took the plunge! I was not disappointed. I had three biofeedback sessions. I have to say that I just felt relaxed as never before; almost a "cleansing" effect. Less brain fog and probably was a more pleasant person to be around! At least for a few days! It was subtle. Again, I revisited this therapy and really did some "deep-cleaning" of the soul. It was a bit disturbing as some past, painful events came to the surface. Christine reminded me that this happens sometimes. Taking an Epson's salt soak helps to purge the negative effects of this energy. I noticed that I continued to release old memories that were less than pleasant. Eventually the intensity dissipated. A work in progress! It took a lot of years of experiencing life to be where I am today. Some moments wonderful, some challenging and some best to let go of. I would encourage everyone to do your own homework and read about these energy healings. You will be better able to know how to choose which path to take and also to discern which worked best for a positive outcome. Blessings -Marianne Harden Sanchez
