I get up to pay for the 5 spikes on each eye and she wanted 250$! Wow that's a lot for not even close to what I asked for. As soon as I got to my car they started falling out. So I texted her the next day and I had asked her why they were falling out. She said did you get them wet I said no not at all. I proceeded to ask what we could do to resolve this and she said I can fit you in next week. I kindly informed her that I wasn't comfortable going back to get my lashes done and I would like a partial refund because I understood her time was important. Kim knows what she's doing, my neck had been giving me heck for 5 weeks; I was so tight, Kim had to use her full body weight on a couple of upper back muscles. Kim answered all my questions, put up with me talking for 90 minutes and managed to loosen my neck-heck. She recommended a couple of exercises and some salve. The word for the day was "Stretching".
