No call came.the next morning I called the office and was told they were trying to find someone to fix my cast and would call back. No call..I went to immediate care and it took them a hour to get a response from the office. They sent me to the office where the girl that cut the cast had been all day. Went for my follow up appointment only to be told it had been cancelled the day before I even became a patient and two days before my surgery!!! They don't care about patients.

There is nothing worse that having debilitating Chronic pain that you cannot prove on some X-ray or MRI. There are people, working people, who unfortunately need pain medication to function in a productive life. I'm very greatful for those select doctors who's focus remains on providing compassion healthcare to their patients. As far as the medication refill process, all I can say is that a be sure you pay you balance in full before your meds are due to be filled. Request online on the portal 7-10 days prior if you have Medicaid.

I was referred by a spine surgeon that knew surgery was not an option for me. The doctor that had ordered an MRI of my back said I should NEVER consider spine surgery. When I first arrived at this practice over a year ago the PA Shaun Nicole Wright had reviewed my MRI. After an exam she determined I was definitely a candidate for a spinal injection. Since I have numerous issues with my back she let me choose which area was of highest priority to me for treatment. She warned me that whatever I chose would be the only injection for at least three months. When I indicated lower spine she was a little surprised but then on manual pressure examination she agreed. At the end of the first visit I stopped at the office for surgical scheduling for an SI Injection. After the 1st injection I am sold and have recommended to others to skip major surgery and consider cortisone injections. In the past year I have remained in the kind care of PA Shaun Wright. She herself is fabulous, thorough, and well informed. Last November when I needed a repeat of the SI injection she knew the surgeon was going on maternity leave. While I sat in the exam room she reached out first hand to the surgeon to see if I could be squeaked in. The surgeon, Dr Bauer agreed to do my injection in the office the following week since space in the Surgical Center was not available. Not many doctors would be thar accommodating. I have remained a loyal patient since the beginning and go every three months for reevaluation. The injections are so successful that I can go much longer than the three month required interval. Thanks for a true FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE !

I honestly thought my appointment was at 9:30. Turns out my appointment was at 9:20. While checking in I was told that I might not be seen due to being late, to have a seat, and she would check to see if I could still be seen. To my surprise the "15 minute late" policy that I found online is not current. The new policy is "5 minute late". I understand that they are busy and have a schedule to keep up with. My issue is, as a patient, when I have an appointment, a block is scheduled off for me. On average a patient is scheduled for a 15-20 minute block. If I am 8 minutes late, and the next patient is already being seen in my scheduled block, why not see me in their scheduled block?? Not to mention how many times I have sat waiting to be seen way past my scheduled appointment time. If the patient cannot be more than 5 minutes late, then the patient should not have to wait more then 5 minutes past their appointment time to be seen. What's goes for one, goes for all. Yes I should have doubled checked my appointment time. Yes I should have arrived earlier. Yes this was also the first time I have been late for an appointment. My being late is not a habit. It was an honest mistake. Just know DONT BE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE

When I married my husband almost 20 years ago I became a patient of Dr. Nolan. I'd never had a…read moreprimary physician or scheduled annual check-ups. Thankfully I didn't need to visit often and over the years chose to schedule visits with the nurse practitioners. Compared to Dr. Nolan, they spent more time with me and asked questions. As I began visiting other specialtists and their offices, I began to notice a difference in my experience with them - little to no waiting long after my appointment time, helpful office staff, friendly lab technicians, documentation online rather than paper files, cleaner waiting rooms and exam areas. After a terrible experience with the front desk associate, one that resulted in other staff members apologizing for her behavior and me waiting for almost an hour past my appointment, I found another primary physician. A few months later I convinced my husband that his lackluster experience shouldn't be acceptable. He needs regular visits for his medical health and we need a doctor that is attentive. My husband had since left Dr. Nolan. One thing that is consistent with this office is customer service that leaves you wanting more. "Susan" is a long time associate and the face of Dr. Nolan's office. While I'm sure she knows office processes front to back, she doesn't provide an upbeat, friendly presence to patients signing in. Her phone skills are the same. If you have a long-standing relationship with Dr. Nolan, I understand staying with what you know. If you're looking for a new primary physician for yourself or family, I'd continue searching for other recommendations.

PMI (formerly PMC) is a Physician-owned hospital, and I have always felt that I receive a higher…read morelevel of personalized quality care here. For that reason, I prefer it to larger hospitals. It's primary focus is outpatient surgeries, and the staff is helpful, efficient, professional, friendly and caring. There is a high nurse to patient ratio, and every one of them focuses on patient comfort. If you have a choice when scheduling outpatient surgery, this facility and its staff would be hard to beat.
