I typically would not drive this far out for physical therapy but a few weeks back my shoulder/neck were killing me and I knew that ProRehab could perform E-Stim, Dry Needling and Kinesio taping without a Rx for PT. The location that I typically go to, Middletown, didn't have any available time slots but were able to pull up the other locations calendars and book an appointment for me after work. While the distance was a negative, I was driving from Taylor Blvd that day, the care and attention that I received made it worth the drive and I would definitely drive back out there if need be. If you ever need any Physical Therapy I would highly recommend checking out any Pro Rehab location. The staff go above and beyond for their patients, they are extremely knowledgeable and they have multiple modalities to assist with pain reduction.

During my research on recovery methods, I came across PEMF therapy as something that could potentially help with regaining sensation. I searched for providers near me and found Sergent Wellness. From the beginning, they were extremely responsive to my inquiries and very helpful in explaining the process. I currently do their unlimited monthly sessions for $239, which I honestly feel is very affordable--especially for the value you get. The facility is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you're going through recovery. Since starting PEMF therapy (it's been about two weeks), I've already noticed an increase in sensation in my feet and feel stronger when walking compared to before I started. Overall, I've had a great experience so far and would definitely recommend Sergent Wellness to anyone exploring additional recovery options.

Would be five stars if this location (and the other locations) didn't take almost three months to get in for an evaluation after surgery. I had to begin at this location, thirty-five minutes from my home, in order to get transferred to another location five minutes away. The soft tissue manipulation is what those of us need after surgery (and even without). I'm grateful when rehab doesn't consist of modalities (tens unit, etc) and instead spends time working the muscular system and strength building. Once you get in months after scheduling an evaluation, be persistent with calling so you can get in for appointments. I received severe surgery and needed to learn how to walk again, and going weeks without rehab when needed caused me to not walk as soon as I should have. The issue is across all Frazier Rehab locations, though. While they do put surgery patients in top priority, that's how long it took for top priority, eek. I was only able to get in once a week (when needing twice) for over a month. However, by being persistent, I've been able to get in twice a week by calling and getting into canceled slots. Top notch care, and the only place I will visit for rehab.
