Dr Davis is an excellent physician. There is a LabCorp representative on site if blood work is required. The office is exceptionally clean and the staff are more than eager to assist whenever needed. Referrals are given when Dr Davis feels the need for another physician to advise. My whole family has entrusted our health to Dr Davis, he's just that knowledgeable. His assistant Tamara answers questions if Dr Davis isn't available. The office is next to the Baptist Care Center so if you need X-rays or anything of that nature they are only a step away. I highly recommend that you call before you come in as I mentioned earlier appointments are required. Great doctor great people making what hurts better! Give them a call!

I was very happy to be called by way of follow up and I had an appointment scheduled for the first week of June. The day of my appointment, they called to reschedule. I was disappointed but rescheduled for the next week. The next Tuesday comes, I show up at the office and the doors are locked. My appointment was at 2 and that's when they open so I waited for 15 minutes but the office was completely empty. I ended up calling the phone number to see what was happening, the doctor picked up and informed me he was at another location and I would have to reschedule. He was very apologetic but I wasn't going to reschedule my appointment for a third time so I will look elsewhere for a chiropractor.

I have been diagnosed with Hashimotos but my numbers aren't out of range yet. However, because I'm showing symptoms and truly suffering right now he agreed to start meds to see if they'd make me feel better. He also looked through labs that another doctor had drawn. He couldn't believe how high my inflammation markers were. He asked what was being done about them. While he agreed that the medication was the correct one he didn't agree with the dose. He stated that "he does not like stepping on other doctor's toes but that the patient comes first". Since I'm so miserable he wants to hit it hard and is increasing the dose. I can't tell you how grateful I am that I've found doctors who truly listen to me and appreciate that I'm well educated and knowledgeable about my issues. This includes the fact that he didn't push meds for diabetes on me until I was ready. I'd give this practice 5 stars if it weren't for the difficulty getting through to them via phone. I will note that unlike others, no one has been rude to me in person.

I think there are at least eight doctors that are in this practice with a variety of orthopedic specialties. Additionally there's an excellent group of x-ray technicians that very capably take your needed x-rays at the time of your doctor appointment. They are instantly ready to be viewed by your doctor. The patient alone is escorted in for x-rays and then returned to the waiting room for anyone that may be accompanying you to your doctor appointment. There are a variety of chairs in the waiting room including some tall seats to make all patients comfortable while waiting for your appointment. The front office staff are quite efficient and if you do the pre-registration on your cell phone prior to your appointment you will only have one page to sign. You may be caught off guard when you walk in and see so many patients waiting but don't panic. There is more than one doctor seeing them all and some are there just to get an injection that doesn't take much of the doctor's time. I can't exclaim enough with how happy I am with this practice and specifically with my physician Dr. Reid Brown. If you need a Knee Replacement, Hip Replacement or Pelvic surgery he is the one to see! She was absolutely right--upon arrival, the diagnosis was confirmed along with additional complications that required hospitalization. Dr. Hetman was kind, attentive, and exceptionally thorough. She listened carefully to the symptoms I was experiencing and acted decisively, which made a significant difference in my care. At my follow-up appointment, she was just as wonderful--thoughtful, reassuring, and engaged. I have since referred friends to Dr. Hetman and highly recommend her as a primary care physician.

My elderly mother who has stage 4 cancer is scheduled to have a hip replacement next week. Dr…read more Hetman would not clear her without an EKG. So my mom went to see her and had the EKG in June. Fast forward to today, and she gets word from her hip surgeon that Dr Hetman was requiring her to see a cardiologist. Of course she did not tell my mom and now she can't get a cardiology apt in time for her surgery. She has been in terrible pain for months and has been waiting for her surgery patiently. Dr., Hetman never told her or anyone else that she needed to see a cardiologist. My mother called and the person who talked to her was insanely rude and told her to find a new Dr. Then they cancelled all of her upcoming apts. Absolutely the worst doctor experience I have ever seen.
