We're in Newberg for a short visit and found Kopitos Cocina through Yelp. Our party included 3 adults and one toddler. All around a great experience. Friendly staff, DELICIOUS mojito (not too sweet!), and tasty, tasty eats. We ordered the New York steak tacos, vegetarian tacos, and Baja style fish tacos. All were excellent. The chimichurri on the NY tacos was to die for. They also had off menu items for kids, including quesadillas, burritos, beans, and rice. We got the quesadilla, beans, and rice and all were great by both adult and toddler standards. 10/10 would dine here again. read more

So freaking good! I've lived in San Diego and the Bay Area and have had the pleasure of tasting a lot of amazing Mexican food. But there was something really special about this place. The New York Steak Tacos were off the hook. The margarita was spot on perfection. My husband had the enchiladas and said they were the best he's ever eaten. I can't recommend Kopitos enough! Amazing service, great location, out of this world Mexican food and the logo is Raiders themed! Yay! While staying in the vicinity, we were looking online at local restaurants and came across a picture of the bright yellow truck with the Raiders themed logo - pig wearing a helmet and eye patch in the middle of a shield. That absolutely sold my husband as we are die-hard Raiders fans. He said they could serve dirt sandwiches and I'd go check them out, no questions asked. Well, let me tell you...they don't serve dirt sandwiches. They have fantastic food that is so incredibly flavorful. With the help of the woman inside the truck we ended up ordering the spicy carnitas sandwich for me and a burrito (carne? not sure since I was so in to my food!). My sandwich was beautiful, spicy and so good. It was served with homemade potato chips (delicious!) and some spicy salsa, which I didn't need. The customer service from the wonderful young lady who helped us was top notch. It was obvious that she loved what she did and was incredibly proud of the food - with good reason. This is gourmet Mexican in an industrial-chic renovated service station. Nice atmohere. There's also a charming, private patio for outdoor dining. The nachos are very different and just outstanding - we loved everything! We thought the margaritas were a bit tart so our server added some simple syrup. Perfect! Staying in Dundee during Covid isn't easy. Not a lot of food places to choose from. Happened upon this truck outside Methven winery for lunch today and we couldn't be happier! Some of the best street tacos I've ever had. Hubby had the burrito bowl with carnitas and I had asada tacos. Soooo good. Told the lovely lady in the truck how much we enjoyed everything and she gave us some recommendations for our next visit. So... 5 hours later... I ordered a fried spiral potato with guacamole (as good as I make), 3 asada street tacos, 3 birria tacos (OMG) and hubby ordered the bacon shrimp Burrito. Everything was fast, fresh, hot and so flavorful!! The birria tacos were truly something special. If we lived here, we would be here several times a week. Probably best that we are only visiting. :) read more

I popped by in the area and decided to grab a snack. I'm a vegetarian and I sincerely appreciate their advertised plant based menu options! So many places only offer horribly bland veggies and I am soooo in love with this fried cauliflower from Kopitos.
