I was driving down the road unsure of where to eat. I saw a sign that said best burritos. Ill be the judge of that I thought. I enjoy burritos and can be critical of one that is not good, especially one claiming to be the best. I decided to give it a try. The young lady who took my order was helpful explaining rhe menu and what was in what. I landed on the burrito supreme and went to await my order. Great salsa bar with everything, even grilled jalapeños! Grabbed one of those and 2 of the several choices of hot sauce. As soon as I sat down my burrito was ready. It was huge! We just left there. Asked for a paper plate for beans and was told no we don't do that. After spending $48 and giving a five dollar tip. They do not seat you. They do not bring out food . Great location, plenty of parking and lots of tables. There are picnic tables to enjoy outside when the weather is nice. Service was fantastic, it started at the door when they greeted me. You order at the front counter and then they give you a number and they deliver it to your table. We didn't have to wait very long for food, it was prepared quickly and steaming hot when it arrived at the table. Game changer! We ordered nachos with carnitas and asada meat! And let me tell you, they are not skimpy with the meat portions. Food was delicious, we had traditional nachos with 2 meats of course, nachos fries with asada and then ordered birria tacos with the consome. 2 horchatas. Great food. Wonderful friendly staff. This is our tenth visit. Never disappointing. Feel a need every time to thank the ladies in the open kitchen on the way out. You should as well. Delicious tender meats, burritos and tacos (note to a previous commenter, don't order a birria taco which is grilled in its own delicious braising juices and try to eat it in your car.) It's a new business and I wish them the best of luck. A family run place with family in the back cooking and waiting on you. They are open and seem to be still developing the inside. The booths are spread way out and seem like something from the 70s. There is a full size parking lot. Plenty of spaces being all your friends. There is a fixings bar which unbelievably people are already taking advantage of. Both times I have been here witnessed people just come in and not order start loading up multiple containers and bags full of the sides. I mean come on people. Really good food. The journey for good burritos comes to Oregon and it happened to be close by at burrito loco. Upon walking in I was greeted and the restaurant was nice and clean. They have a variety of foods and meats to choose from and what surprised me the most was they had Buche Asada!!! Most places I find don't have this so I got this along with their churros. I. Absolutely. LOVED it! the burritos are huge. Definitely getting your moneys worth. The buche asada taste amazing along with all the sauces and items inside the burrito. The churros appeared to have some kind of filling inside I think but the crunch to that soften and the sweet flavor was delicious. I can't wait to come back for that buche asada burrito. About 20 minutes for 2 breakfast burritos on a slow morning. Turns out, I got the wrong burrito. I walked in and started to explain the error and the clerk interrupted me and coldly said, they messed up, I know, they're working on it. I have a seat for about another 15 minutes. It doesn't look like anything is happening, so I ask the clerk about the burrito and she says, they're working on it and it'll be right out. Turns out, they weren't working on it. She has to go back there and explain what to make. They remake the other burrito I ordered (not mine). So now they're making mine and they erred again! Finally, I talked directly to the cook and explained what I ordered. Part of this is the clerk, because she wrung it up differently, and I wasn't sure if that was just for paying. We went on a whim; it didn't pay off. My husband had the burrito and MEH... he does prefer a wet burrito and they don't serve those so that may play into his less than stellar opinion. I had a quesadilla, and it was terrible. Barely cooked, bland meat and just cheese. No Pico, salsa nothing. My teenagers can make better quesadillas at home. We were both disappointed. I've driven by this place many times in my way home and I always see the sign that says "The best burrito in Oregon" so I finally gave in. The building is nice on the outside and even nicer on the inside! It is very clean, well lit, and you can see through to the kitchen which also appears very clean. The menu is very simple and just the right size in my opinion. A few burrito and taco options, a couple of options for the kiddos, and a few other things like chili relleno. They offer a burrito bowl, which is what I got with marinated pork. The bowl comes with rice, pinto beans, lettuce, pico, guac, sour cream, and your choice of meats. They have a really nice salsa bar with 6 different salsas, carrots and jalapeños and radishes. I grabbed a couple different salsas to take home with my food and off I went. The presentation of this bowl was so good. Everything was separate so I was able to mix it and eat it how I wanted. I got a little bit of everything in my first bite and was really impressed. The pork was really good. The flavor was spot on, my only complaint is that the pork was crisped up a little too much. Some of it was almost like a jerky consistency. Everything else in the bowl was fantastic. The salsa was really good, and there are plenty more for me to try. Open kitchen to the left, you can see them prepare the food. This is where you pick up food when they call your number. Taco combo, 3 tacos, rice, beans, and a drink for $10 is a great value. I appreciate that this place tried to make everything around 10 dollars or less to buy. That is really nice. I got 3 tacos, a drink, and beans and rice for 10$. I subtracted a star because although my tacos were tasty, I would rather they be called taquitas because they are like little baby tacos. It is kind of like having 2 regular tacos. Otherwise, everything was good. They have a fixings bar where everyone is allowed to dress up their tacos or nachos with salsas and vegetables and the inside environment is nice enough to sit in. I was SO impressed! We had the Supreme Burrito (one chicken, 1 carne), fish tacos and carne nachos. All were super delicious and the nachos were to die for. I totally recommend this place and it totally will be our new go-to restaurant. My only recommendation for them is to put descriptions on their menu under each item (that saves the waitress from describing each item) and get a website so people can see what you have. This new business doesn't appear to be fond of the disabled population. These potted plants had been blocking both ADA spaces since the restaurant opened a couple weeks ago. And after stopping by on three separate occasions to ask employees to move the plants, they still only moved just one of them. Has a small sit down area, generap mexican restaurant. Except the food is amazing, only place I have ever see thay has El Pastor on a spit. They sauce is spicy and meat good.
